can i do this as a warm up and get to my workout or should i do a regular warm up like jumping jax than this then get to my workout. i added some to this routine but this is what i was looking for. thanks again.

Lol I appreciate the sample exercises shown here. But come on, this guy is like a contortionist. How many people can do those shoulder dislocates like he did them? It was impressive.
im not particularly flexible or strong but i can do shoulder dislocates with a broom stick well within snatch grip. if you are interested in long term health of shoulders you need to work on your flexibility.
