    can i do this as a warm up and get to my workout or should i do a regular warm up like jumping jax than this then get to my workout. i added some to this routine but this is what i was looking for. thanks again.

  • 8-10 reps huh? Sounds too great to be true but I will try it anyways. I spent countless hours in the past 6 years static stretching. I wish I were to acquire all my knowledge earlier in life. Thank you for the video, OnePremier.

  • Lol I appreciate the sample exercises shown here. But come on, this guy is like a contortionist. How many people can do those shoulder dislocates like he did them? It was impressive.

  • im not particularly flexible or strong but i can do shoulder dislocates with a broom stick well within snatch grip. if you are interested in long term health of shoulders you need to work on your flexibility.

  • Sounds good, I'm going to be doing shoulders tomorrow during my workout so I'll give these a try.
