Yes I know they're both Mitsu's, I'm just being a smart ass about it so don't get your panties in a bunch people haha I would love to own a VR4(99 or 00) because no one really knows about them in the U.S, and people with think I got a Galant with a bodykit and some aftermarket parts even though it's all stock haha I love sleepers! Though a regular Galant with VR4 parts would be more of a sleeper actually , but still.....

@djkasdjkasdjdjdj agreed.............everyone likes the evo but for the money and mods you can't beat thr VR or VR4. I personally 3 Galants now.. a 92 2L stock also a 1996 V6 2 L which the states never saw... and i just bought a hit 1.8 1995 Galant to restore and convert. So that's 1 4g63 2.L one 6A12 V6 2.L and a 4G93 1.8 to round it out. Yeah i'm a diamond type of guy lol

@v3eclipseR The GVR4, Evos, and the 4cyl. Eclipses uses the 4G63 or 420A motor. The 3KGT VR4 uses the 6G72 motor and the 4G Eclipse uses the 6G75.

not sure what size the 2.0 63 N/T injectors are, but the 2.4 has 275s stock.. i now have 450s from a 2g with the 2g head swap and soon ecu swap with MAFT also a b16g turbo FMIC etc.. mine is a 96 galant converting it to a 7g vr4 new front sides wing tail lights etc.. and stick with the 2.4 with the DOHC swap more torque faster spool and great off spool behavior

I want to buy the vr-4 engine, I have a 1991 Mitsubishi Galant with a 1998 galant Motor. There are a alot of problems with it, lol for example, I the computer doesn't sync well with the motor and we had to put in 2.0 injectors, but it should be 2.4 as the motor. Im just crazy to save up some money and buy the Vr-4 engine or... ill just buy the whole car ^^

The evo had a clutch, intake, exhaust and i believe the ecu had been flashed, the neons for whatever reason humored the owner and he was a very decent driver. You idiots need to get it out of your head that one car is superior to the other for whatever reason, they're both barely 12 second cars (the galant ran 12.92@103mph on 17psi)

The galant VR4 was stock rods, 95-99 pistons (slighty higher compression) stock head, stock cams, stock exhaust manifold, 16g turbo on 17psi, 3 inch exhaust, stock intercooler piping and an intercooler from a mitsubishi FUSO box truck. the transmission was 100% stock, act 2600 clutch with street disc, stock springs and kyb struts, 16in rota wheels and shitty tires.
