While no one can stop him from selling his own Kirby system, he undoubtedly purchased it from an in-home demonstration; the only way you CAN get a Kirby with.....

I have seen Lifetime rebuild agreements honored for home maintenance systems by Kirby that were 30 + years old.
the Kirby sentria is perfect and the best thing for hard wood and tile floors. That should have been explained to you when you bought it. Big mistake trying to sell it dude. Your lost and another person's gain.
He is selling it as a used vacuum . It would be like me not being able to sell my cadillac . If it was illegal to sell used kirbys the FBI would have ebay shut down lol
@OneWorldGoneAry True. It is illegal to sell a kirby as New with the warranty, I actually have a job selling them now, and we were talking about this. The only way to get a Factory new Kirby is to go to the factory, or from an in home demonstration.
@lucasmollet as a dealer it is actually 100% illegal to sell the kirby systems any where but during in home demonstrations by a registered dealer. If you are caught selling the machine you can be prosecuted for it. Just an fyi.

@ftoribio111 I started selling the Kirby Classic in 1972. Now, a customer can sell or show anything they want on youtube. If you are a dealer, get your butt out on the street and start knocking on doors. Forget about what everyone is doing on you tube. If you are a salesman, you are blessed as the economy never hurts a salesman. You just have to keep on working hard and you will earn 100K or more a year. No college necessary.
There are no vacuum systems on the market with this kind of cleaning power. As matter of fact, the sentria's motor is a dual speed 6 to 7 amp motor with two lexon fans which create 130 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of cleaning power where the nearest competitor only pushes 90 cfm.
A Kirby is a carpet shampooer, Vacuum Cleaner, Floor Polisher, Carpet Fluffer, Canister Vacuum, The spray gun to spray a fine mist of Febreze, Blow up mattresses, and on the older models at least you could massage and sand with it. It isn't vacuum and I wish people would stop comparing a Kirby to a plain vacuum, the Kirby is in a separate class entirely from your standard "Vacuum".
