The original Star Treck was one of the best shows ever to be shown on TV. The only reason this fight is so bad is that fight scenes weren't the main atraction of Star treck. They occured, like, once ever ten episodes.

You can't blame something for being made in a time with little special effects. Today, the effects of Star Treck suck, but it was a good show nonetheless.
