Indeed it would. CSX hasn't run intermodal through here since 1986 or so. That's interesting about moving Crittenden Drive. I hadn't heard that but I can remember when it was a busier place as well because a friend of mine live in the 4100 block of it which is now gone or part of UPS I'm sure.
That signal bridge looks so out of place. I'm still used to the old one that was here at FX. Nice catch though. I can remember when this neighborhood was a thriving place with houses and businesses all around. Now it looks like a wasteland :(
@storrs19 I grew up on Mohawk Avenue about three blocks west of where this was recorded. The plans are to move Crittenden Drive right up against the tracks. CSX is building a new intermodal ramp at the north end of Osborn Yard so big changes are coming to this area. I just hope there is still a place for railfans since this is where my love of railroads got started. It will be cool to see stack trains here!
