Beautiful footage. I love Shark's Cove so much. It was my favorite snorkeling / freedive site on Oahu. Been so long since I've been there, I would love to go back. Kaipuka, any chance you can post some raw unedited footage from the freediving from this video with natural audio only and no quick edits? That footage is so great and it brings back lots of great memories.

Dude, there's a few things obvious here: the freediving ladies are clearly sporty and fit AND they have done this before.

Relaxation is a main condition to be able to do this in the first place! If you don't stay calm, you can freak out. That's not what you want at a certain depth, holding your breath... Ladies: well done, beautiful footage, nice scenery indeed. And dare I say: I think it's even a bit sexy!
