try having some training in the difficult parts. don't just focus on making them easy or finishing canon rock to early. you should exert more effort in training. Me I also did some improvisation because I cannot do some parts but I got jealous with jerry C so I trained and I was shocked that I can already do the hard parts. try watching some lessons about sweep picking.

I myself isn't that much good yet in playing guitar. I'm not the shredder type since my fingers aren't that quick. I'm not sure how long it took me to learn the song but I think it took me about a month to memorize all the notes. Then after that, I just kept on playing the song over and over for practice. :) Try studying it, keep on practicing it and I'm sure you'll get a grip on it. :)

There's no such thing as guitars good for beginners or etc.. depends on how it feels to you. And no guitar is hard or easy to play, it just depends on what you're used to, like thicker neck/scale or thin etc..

Rg 350 is a good guitar, tremolo bar is known to have some issues, but for some it just doesn't have any problem.

The pickups are mid quality, good cleans, good distortion, bright sound, you can still change pickups for better quality ones if you decide to do so.

You will tune it to how u want, then clamp it, from there you can have weeks of fine tuning it without ever having to really get down to business and retune to clamp the strings again so nope not hard to tune. (new strings will go out obviously)

Holy crap that was great...! :D I actually enjoyed that more than funtwo and mattrachs version... They seem so over-the-top and muddy when they play it... But your version has just the right amount of heavy vs. harmony... :)

Sweep picking is pretty much strumming chords, only instead of letting them all ring out, you let only one note out. You keep the "sweeping" motion of the picking hand and move across the strings, letting one string sound out at a time, and keeping the others silent. Hope that sorta helped!

Thanks! I use a Zoom G2.1u guitar multiefx. I plug the output of my multi directly to the input of my computer. Tips???Hmmmm.... Just try tweaking your stomps or multi, whatever you have..Eventually you'll get the tone you wanted. Hehehe...
