Both are 11/16 or 11/8 but in North Bulgaria they call it "Gankino horo" while in South Bulgaria - "Kopanitsa".
Of cource there are different variants ot this horo ( from different folk areas in Bulgaria) and a person that knows well Bulgarian Folk Music can distinguish them.
This I think is from Northen Bulgaria - "Severnyashka Folk Area" - (In Bulgarian transcription "Severnyashla Folklorna Oblast"
