Why on the pace laps do sometimes drivers put the clutch in and give it a few revs? does it have to do with spark plugs loading up or with carb or something? Nice race by the way!! Very sporty!!!!

@chubsmagoo it helps the engine because most of these type cars' timing advance in the distributor is locked out to their max advance. so when we rev, it gives us good timing which is just good in general

This was the best in car race of seen. I was getting tense watching it. Nice driving. I saw the season finally at Holland this year. A lot of nice LAMOT race cars got pretty torn up.

They need to make this track a tri-oval, it's too damn small. Cars cant even get 3 seconds on the gas pedal before you have to let off. Otherwise, good race.
