@sr94526 I've been looking at buying a semi acoustic and from what I can gather the Ibanez AeL's are large bodied guitars whereas Aeg's are smaller bodied

@imusoreviews I was wondering if they have this model in purple, because I found one, but it was an AEL20E, instead of an AEG20E. Could you tell me if they have a big difference, because I find it very appealing how the model you're showing is good for a person of smaller stature, like a female.

@Marcelmusic93 - That's an Ovation Viper. They were only made for a short time in the late 70's. It sounds like a Telecaster with a bit more balls. Ovation have since used the name "Viper" for an electro-acoustic that is also now discontinued. Electric Vipers occasionally come up on Ebay (mostly from America) and typically go for around £400.

@ralexamigos - The SST preamp features a 3-band tone control with a tone shaper that's similar to the volume contour on your home stereo. Instead of just an on-and-off switch, the tone shaper features a loudness contour control so you can precisely determine the level of the contour and get the right sound.

@workdatupdo007 - The style and build appear similar but the AEL has an Ibanez pickup, the AEG has a Fishman system.

i have this guitar and it's really good for what it is! a small bodied acoustic with good electronics and easy fretboard. great video, the first i see that is sounds so nice. what strings are you using?

@mariosyjp - These are the standard strings that were supplied with the guitar.

@CaptainBodder - The strings are fitted at the factory and the distributor never knows the actual make of the strings. Re-fit with a good quality set of 10 gauge and you won't go far wrong.

@Gladon64 - Ibanez make a dreadnought sized single cutaway for a similar price, the Ibanez V72ECE.
