  • Great upload thanks! : DD

  • swedish and norwegian, I come from noway... yep :P

  • Swedish is the best! then Icelandic :)

  • The danish voice sucks... Nothing beats Johnny Rzeznik :')

  • I grew up with the Finnish version so it's my favourite, but i must admit that the Icelandic and Norwegian versions are awesome too! Icelandic is maybe too mature, but ohhh that hot voice...

  • 1. Finnish - He got worst parts in this multi (surprise) but he has most feeling and best voice.. It's so sexy *-* (listen whole version!)

    2. Icelandic - He sounds maybe a bit mature but very great singer and language sounds just splendid!

    3. Norwegian - He sounds funny, not so much Jim but great voice!

    4. Danish & Swedish - I don't know which one is better or worse, I don't like Danish 'cos it sounds so old and heavy, Swedish is too young and his voice is so weiiiird (sorry:P)

  • The Norwegian version of this song is my childhood since I am from Norway and I love that version more than anything <3 But, the Icelantic version - it's downright beautiful! What an amazing singer! :)

  • Dejligt :I <3

  • the english is and will always be best! but those are good to.

  • Sweden has most feeling in the song, and also it has the best singer! But the other are okay.

  • @MrOtto789 I agree that he has the most feeling, but I wouldn't say he's the best. I think his voice is too..young in a way? :P It feels like it still needs some more work:) But don't take this the wrong way, I still loved the swedish one:)

But as the best singer, I probably would say Iceland.

  • @NorwegianGirl1992 I won't take it the wrong way ^^ I understand u believe his young but the cracter who's singing is very young i thing it's perfect, my favorite song of all times!

  • @MrOtto789 :)

  • Come on guys, the other versions is NOTHING compares to the swedish version!

  • Sweden version is cuuute ^^ but norwegian is best

  • @TheFantasyWorl93 Enig/Agree

  • I think that Icelandic sounds very mature compared to others but still very amazing! Stiiiill I'd say my favourite one is Danish ^^ Norwegian is cool too! I'm still a sucker for Swedish language though :|

I'm not going to say anything about Finnish version because I grew with that |D

  • I REALLY wish I could find the full version of the Norwegian version for download. ;n;

I love them all so much. 8'D

  • pause and start the video and then press 8 T-bag

  • Is it just me or does Jim's voice sound very non-teenage and grown up in the Icelandic version?

  • The danish one has an really ugly lisp :b its really not nice, and its quite a shame, because he really sings good on the higher parts!

Im danish myself. I like all these versions :)

  • Den norske og islandske er bedst :)

og jeg er endda dansk! :)

I prefer the Icelandic and Norwegian version, even thoug I'm Danish myself ;)

  • Finnish singer has rough and sexy voice ;D Icelandic is also great!

  • The Danish one is horrible....and I'm Danish myself...

  • without doubt, the norwegian is best!

  • That was really well done =)

  • finnish, swedish and icelandic are the best, but all these are pretty good ^^

  • the icelandic and swedish versions are definitely the best :D even though they are all great :P i love to sing along and try to pronounce everything just like they do it haha

    Swedish is best :D

  • @SweSailorMoon Yes, It's Jimmy Jansson who sings in the Swedish version, but if I remember right he didn't do the voice acting for Jim, someone else did, I just can't recall his name.

  • I am danish but I think the icelandic version is best actually.

  • I'm from Denmark, and I don't use to think that songs sounds better in Danish, but this time I actually do think that the Danish version is best...

  • The danish and the swedish versions of course! The character is 17 years in this movie, which fits perfectly to the swedish actor Jimmy Jansson, who was 17 when he did this role.

    :)

  • Here is the lyric on danish:

Jeg er et spørgsmål du kan få, ikkke et svar du kan forstå, ikke en chance, du har i din hånd.

  • Jim is like 5 years old in the beginning of this movie,, so 12 years later he would be like 17? And Jimmy(Swedish singer) was 17 when he sang this song.. so actually everybody else sound waaaay too old. ;)

My favourites were Danish and Swedish, but I actually thought that all of them were very good. :) usuallyingenious did a splendid job with this video! :)

  • Dansk rykker stadig alle de andre rundt!

  • English and Norwegian for sure :D And i liked the Swedish version too... Danish is never pretty listening to xD

  • Hmm....I think Swedish is too young(?), and Icelandic too old XD

  • Great song! Finnish was best<3 I also liked Icelandic and Norwegian! I didn't like swedish, it sounded weirdO.o it's not right voice for him, maybe TOO young!

  • Dad = jerk...

  • Cool Vid!

I like it because It's so good and I have Norwegian Descent

  • I'm danish so ofcourse I like the danish one the most, but our singer has a very clear lisp when his singing slowly, like in the beginning! : )

The other versions are also great! All the singers are really good! I really like the finnish and norwegian ones : ) but they are all great

  • I think all of the versions are pretty much equally good, maybe except for the Swedish one (Don't like his voice, sorry).

But, what I don't get is why people are complaining about these voices sounding too old for Jim. These aren't Jim's speaking voices, as far as I know they're not even supposed to sound like Jim at all, so what's the problem?

  • The Icelandic singer has a sexy voice. ;D

  • HAHA! Swedish rules! heheh.. But i like norwegain very much (im sweede soo ofc i like sweden) but norwegain is so beautiful language. And it is easy for us sweedes to understand XD But icelandic is beautiful too and and yeah all the nordics <3

  • I am Norwegian and my rate is (no offence to any of the versions/countries);

    1. Icelandic

    2. Finnish

    3. Norwegian

    4. Danish

    5. Swedish

  • @NannaTheBakemono

Ok, could you tell me what "the third hour of the day" is suposed to mean.

Is it like some kind of norwegian saying?

  • @Bossentuppen I dunno - I have never heard of it.

I first searched the vid for that setence to get the full meaning, but it was not a part of the lyrics.

  • @NannaTheBakemono

    ok. thank's anyway :)

  • @Bossentuppen All i could think of is "rush hour" lol xD

  • I really love this song, and Jim is my favorite disney character. Maybe because this movie is about finding yourself and not who you will fall in love with o.o

I think all the singers did a great job :) But I really liked the Icelandic singer - even though the Swedish fits best for the part.

  • i liked the norwegian the best! ^///^

  • Does anyone know who the singers are for each language? They sound really good.

  • @Ketsuname The Swedish singer is Jimmy Jansson. That's all I know :)

  • How can you people diss the Swedish version? I think it's the best by far, I absolutely adore Jimmy's voice, and it suits Jim so well. The other languages sound too old and... They don't have the same emotion.

  • You're so right!

  • Love 'em :) I still think the swedish one is best, not because it's a better voice, but in all the other versions, he sounds like he's 30 years old or something xD

  • @BornToDieOneDay But the singing voice for this song isn't Jim's speaking voice. o.0

  • love 'em! except swedish (jimmy can't sing, though i kinda like the childishness in his voice) and danish... yuck.

icelandic <3 wish i could learn it! same for finnish.

  • Everyone is so good, but I still think the swedish is the best, can listen to that forever owo <3

  • Swedish<3

Never mind those saying Danes speak like they have potatoes in their mouths... The danish voice to this song were so cute owo

  • i like the danish best but i cant find it any more

  • nole the norwegian and danish! (i'm swedish and lol, the swedish suck xD)

  • Icelandic version is very cool, but you guys should listen the Dutch version, its very nice too, let me know if you liked it, btw, Finish isnt really Nordic right (mean not Germanic Nordic right?)

  • @Umbrella0021 you're right, it's not a germanic language, it's a ugro-finnic language, but still nordic, since Finland it's in the north of the world, with the other scandinavian countries ;)

  • Love this song :D especially in Swedish :D *im a swed ;D;D*

  • danish is the best, but i like the norwegien too.. i am from faroe island

  • Do you have the mp3?? I really like this version

  • This is acually Páll Rósinkrans that is singing in icelandic.

  • neee er það?

  • swedish and danish:D

  • Wow, Nordic languages are the best.

    Danish was good.

Finnish is not my favorite language, but it was great! Very husky.

Swedish really stuck out, so young and cute <3

Icelandic sounded too old, especially compared with the others. Still nice voice, though!

    Norwegian was impressive.

Gah, I really love them all, but Swedish first, then Finnish, and then a tie Danish/Norwegian tie.

Good editing, by the way. Pendragon font!

  • The guy singing in the icelandic version is my cousin, he's in his 30s. He was in rock star: supernova.

  • What's his name?

  • Guðmundur Magni.

  • that's so cool! 0w0

  • lol. every1 could say that buddy. :P

  • Very cool!! They're all so great, though for this song I think I like the Swedish and Icelandic versions better. :3

  • The Swedish version sound young and extremely rebel-like or what you could call it hehe

  • @mejlin89 Explains Jim in so many ways.

  • I have this DVD with English, Finnish, Swedish and Icelandic dubs! I've been watching the Finnish, Swedish and Icelandic version so many times and still love them. : D Also, the Danish and Norwegian dubs are awesome <3

  • Icelandic and Norwegian <3

  • Norwegian, danish and swedish!

  • DANISH :D

  • Finnish and then the others.

I can't decide wich order the rest of them are, but finnish is the best! <3

    It's just my opinion. :)

  • Good job:)

  • I got to say...the swedish version is MUCH better when u got the movie instead of the soundtracks from the CD...

but I got to say I've never liked the swedish version anyway.

This song is better in the original version! (as many usually are imo)

  • I love them all!

  • I LOVE it ^^ Perfectly edited!!!

The Icelandic one is the best for me here, and then Finnish, but I actually like all of them pretty much :)

  • this song would go well with fatal frame 2

  • Forgive me my ignorance but... that's a game right? ^^ I don't know it, sadly.

  • Bra jobba!

  • Icelandic was awsome.

the others were also good :)

  • Danish and swedish is awesome. Im from denmark myself.. the persormer in the danish is called Karl Bille (Famous danish actor)

  • The Icelandic one was best!!

I like the norwegian to since I am from Norway :p

  • I have too agree on that, mate -- Jeg mener, kamerat!

  • I really like the icelandic version. Though I think all versions are really good! =)

  • Here are the Norwegian lyrics ^^ Love this song For jeg vil ha sannhet, ikke løyn Tretti (tredve) timer i et døgn Er på leting og klamrer meg fast I en verden som sover og helt hopper over mitt liv Og hvert ord som de sier, de gir ikke trygghet, men tvil De som aldri satser seil
  • Vad betyder "tredve"?

du you know where i can find the song in norwegian?

  • The danish lyrics:

"Jeg er et spørgsmål du kan få

ik' et svar du kan forstå

Ik' en chance du har i din hånd"

"Hvordan kan du vide hvad jeg kan nå?

Det' jo dem der går i stå

Jeg' alene, men jeg står fast"

"Så send nu en stjernestund til mig"

"Jeg er stærk nu og jeg står fast"

    Hope that helps.. ;)

  • FINNISH and Icelandic <3

  • I love the Finnish one =) <33

    Icelandic was cool too :P

  • the Icelandic lyrics : og hver á að læra óseð verk? Já hér stendur maður einn, enginn sér mig ég er ei hér - ég kann á sjálfum mér skil. þau ráða ekki yfir mér því þau sjá ei hver ég er - því segja þeir ég standi í stað - ég er hér
  • Du är så bäster! Du är snygger också!!! <33333 älskar dig!

  • This is great. My favorite was Finnish. Then Icelandic. And Norwegian. Next Danish. Finally, Swedish.

  • all languages is awsome xD
