I don't understand what the big deal is. All this guy is explaining is that a biochemist, aka a scientist, gave him his perception on how some organisms, like bacteria, are very well engineered. So well, that it makes him question if a higher intelligence could have been the creator. Also, let's get something straight, not all science has been proven. Behe's irreducible complexity nonsense has already been debunked over and over again. There's no need for all parts to be there for some of the parts to do something else which is useful to the organism. The flagellum has already been found with one fewer part that does something else.

Evolution isn't a personal preference, its as real as plate tectonics or atomic chemistry. The issue on take with this video is that he's using "biochemistry" to qualify his nonscientific argument. His audience, people that also think picking science is like picking sports teams, take that at face value. That is not okay. Feel however you want about god, but don't misuse science

And that's where I take issue with this video. He uses "biochemistry" to make a nonscientific claim about something philosophical. His audience, who also think science is a preference, take that at face value. Feel however you about God, but don't misuse science. Its out of concern for those people.

@88pie88 Its also worth considering a God wouldn't make a world where the nature of it (the science) seems to contradict his own existence. This man shouldn't have to use incomplete, wrong science to glorify his God. The catholic church endorses this view, its time protestants caught up.
