I don't understand what the big deal is. All this guy is explaining is that a biochemist, aka a scientist, gave him his perception on how some organisms, like bacteria, are very well engineered. So well, that it makes him question if a higher intelligence could have been the creator. Also, let's get something straight, not all science has been proven. A lot of it, if not most, is purely theoretical. So unless you have studied, researched, and have proof of such things as evolution, which I pers
Behe's irreducible complexity nonsense has already been debunked over and over again. There's no need for all parts to be there for some of the parts to do something else which is useful to the organism. The flagellum has already been found with one fewer part that does something else.
Religious nuts desperately state the same nonsense in this video over and over, ignoring the fact that it has been clearly shown to be nonsense..
@88pie88 i find it funny that there are people that go around thinking evolution can be questioned. lololololol.... not. i don't take lightly someone using bad science (if you can even call it that) to convince people that don't know any better that there's evidence to support intelligent design. what's even worse is that he speaks of this as if he himself is a scientific authority. its pure propaganda.
im not going to argue with this topic. Its like trying to explain the iran-iraqi conflict with Bill O'reilly. Why wont you keep your "enlightened" in a laboratory. I highly dough that such person would be here trying to express there unbiased opinion on the internet. What ever happened to this acceptance and understanding of other peoples culture and ideas that atheist shove down our necks? dont mind someone chopping a unborn baby up, but god forbid someone have a bible in a school.
@88pie88 This is EXACTLY what i'm talking about. You think hard science is subject to your individual opinion or mine. Evolution isn't a personal preference, its as real as plate tectonics or atomic chemistry. The issue on take with this video is that he's using "biochemistry" to qualify his nonscientific argument. His audience, people that also think picking science is like picking sports teams, take that at face value. That is not okay. Feel however you want about god, but don't misuse science
@88pie88 this is EXACTLY what i'm talking about. You think endorsing evolution is like picking a sports team, it doesn't work like that. It's as real as plate tectonics or atomic chemistry. And that's where I take issue with this video. He uses "biochemistry" to make a nonscientific claim about something philosophical. His audience, who also think science is a preference, take that at face value. Feel however you about God, but don't misuse science. Its out of concern for those people.
@88pie88 Its also worth considering a God wouldn't make a world where the nature of it (the science) seems to contradict his own existence. This man shouldn't have to use incomplete, wrong science to glorify his God. The catholic church endorses this view, its time protestants caught up. Also, I won't even tackle the irony of a christian complaining about overbearing atheists. Please. Look at the country we live in... and don't get me started on abortion..
@katinkers dude fuck off i already told you. I dont want to argue with this topic. Im personally hate churches, i think people should just live by the bible because it sure is a good rule book. you got your ideas i got mine. And please there was no reason to make 3 fucking messages to make a point. Im aware what atheists bealive. And you should know god is like a father. he can bring a horse to water but cant make it drink. Like he cant make up bealive in him. please fuck off.
@ndrthrdr1 I love people like you. Try to make yourself feel better about your pathetic little life by insulting other peoples believes in the internet.

Evolution does not do everything at once, the system had a different function.

The digitally ordered functions that are in life forms require haing a Maker.
