I'm a big dragonball fan

this movie was so freaking bad at the beginning i told myself to forget everything about dragonball and just judge it as a movie, but they change so much. The acting was laughable and the whole story was just so hurried that you barely have anytime to follow. And the special effects was bad the scene of were there on a bulmas bike and fall in hole was so obviously green screen

huh.... i'm just disappointed. I was really hoping it would be good

I loved this movie but I share your sentiments that it was rushed as hell in parts. particularly the Dragonball finding quest.

Bulma's there for the gadgets. Cool bikes and Dragonball finders and shit.

Anyway, last third rushed does not equal horrible movie, if you found a lot to enjoy from the rest of the film, it can't be embarassing/horrible now, can it.

Soph and I kinda hate the Dragonball cartoon, but we loved this movie so... lol

I don't understand why you don't comprehend my decision. I said, the first part was good. From there I could tell it was a fun popcorn flick. Then it seemed rushed. That's where I disliked the movie. Just because I say negative things towards a movie, doesn't automatically mean I disliked it A LOT. The lowest I have ever given a movie was no stars(disaster movie). I take notice, and realize, that some movies are meant to be just enjoyable.

That is no excuse for this movie to be bad. Yes, it was enjoyable in the beginning, then again it's not great. I consider an "Okay" rating to be 3 stars, since our rating system is from, no stars to 5 stars. I consider 2 1/2 to be bad, but having it's moments.

Justin is not ok playing Goku at all... the way he portrayed Goku is the first disappointment alongside other disappointment

Have you even seen Dragonball? No, not Dragonball Z, but Dragonball. If you had watched it, you'll know that master Roshi is nothing like the movie version.

Ive seen the movie and Ive hated every second of it. Bulma was an annoying Bitch. Yamcha was just plainly annoying.

the actress that played chichi was pretty, but whenever she began to talk I just wished she'd shut up..The only thing that entertained me a bit was master Roshi:P

bulma sounds like she has a serious sore throat. Yamcha could be anybody with dorky personality, the only connection he got in the series is the name nothing more. And chi chi is like some asian slut who seems to like for no reason guys with eye liners.

We didn't say that he acted like Goku. He was ok, as Goku. In fact, that phrase just contradicts itself, since he is an actor portraying Goku. Plus, we clearly said we used to watch it.

I liked the actress who played Bulma and i liked the guy who played Piccolo but his make up did kinda look like the mask.

Also, the reason why Picolo was trying to steal the Dragonballs was never fully explained, because FOX assumed that non fans of the series would be able to figure it out. He has been locked up for two thousand years, and is pissed off, because he's lost his youth. He wants Oozaru to destroy the world, while he collects the dragonballs to wish for his youth to return.

I loved Chow as Roshi, but I have to tell you, I really enjoyed it until the ending. I can't believe that you guy's are giving Justin Chatwin a pass. I hated him as Goku.

I thought Chow was good he played Roshi good some of the sets looked awful. Oozaru sucked. Yamcha damn come on they pushed the surfer boy attitiude way too much. The Oozaru efects were okay but not good. Chi Chi and Bulma the only thing about them was how hot the two actresses who played them were. Fuck this movie just another corporation trying to get mobey on a familiar franchise
