Well the person who posted this clip calls it a "Sperwer" which is Afrikaans(South African Dutch) for Sparrowhawk. The kill looks like a Laughing Dove (sure it aint laughing now) which is found in South Africa. This is a very small Sparrowhawk so I am guessing it to be an African Little Sparrowhawk in immature plumage. I have only seen them flashing by so it is not easy for me to identify but it certainly looks like one and judging by what I mentioned about. Hope that helps.
Ikedonis: Which part of the world was your video filmed? I responded to another "Sparrowhawk" video, and was informed, after-the-fact, that the video was filmed in the UK, where Sharp-shinneds don't live.

@carlthehabgood55 Harsh? It's the food chain, man. Something has to die for someone else to live. I don't see people calling it harsh when you order a number 2 at Mc Donalds. Someone had to kill that cow for the hamburger.

Not a sparrow hawk. It's a Sharp-shinned hawk.
