Ive had these for the past 3 months, cut down on all the shit food , And have lost a stone in about 2 months... Everybody's body works differently... But this has defiently helped me loose weight and i still purchase them, As 17 stone at 18 i have found this is the quickest way to loose weight, you sweat like youve had a shower, more sweat = more cals burned i believe. but recommend this.
I have just got some vests today and will see how much i loose. I still want to know why the vests work so well as opossed to just wearing a extra layer of clothing.
i like the grey jacket chris wears and zips up in the video, but it dosen't seem to be on their site?
Also, showing the papers in the video dosen't actually prove anything. Im sure it is genuine, but for all we now the friday the 12th paper could have been shown on friday 26th and the paper could have been keep for 2 weeks.
I used these after a leg injury to lose the weight I put on by not working out. I lost 4kg in a week with them. I wore them under an under-armour top to stop them rustling so much. I drank loads of fluids and a recovery drink after each workout to replace lost sodium. I did a Fartlek rowing session for 30 minutes every day and a 20 minute bodyweight circuit.
I see why some people see them as gimmick and when I used to box my trainer had us in bin liners to sweat, yes it's pretty much just the same without the horrible plastic smell the bin liners give off, also you don't look as odd in the gym! For what it's worth they worked for me to get me back down to where I wanted to be. My normal exercise regime keeps me at that weight and build and I see them as a very usefull tool. If I needed to I'd use them again.
I bought some and was not really impressed , i throw on the old bin liner again now if i want a good sweat like i did in the 80s, as you say in a "world full of gimmicks " why am i shelling out a tenner for a bit of plastic with a flashy design.... please reply
You can't deny he certainly has lost a lot of weight by the end of the clip. What I'd like to know is though is it actually safe to lose so much weight so quickly?
No shot of the scales before matey jumps on at the beginning and then no shot of zero'd scale at the end. You can't help but doubt the veracity of the claims made....funny though!!
This is an awesome product and really works! Also it gets you training and motivated which is far better than gimmicky weight loss pills/products which influence people to sit on their bums and do nothing.
Absolute Bollocks, newspaper at the end but not the start? 19lbs in 5 days with one hour of training and eating 2000 to 2500 cals is a ridiculous claim, you should have had a newspaper fro day one to show how long it really took
The newspaper you see @ 32s is Monday 8th Feb. 2010's Daily Mirror (Frontpage: John Terry scandal fallout) and the paper shown at the end of the video is Friday 12th 2010's Daily Mirror (Frontpage: Alexander McQueen death).
You are welcome to call Chris to discuss the video if you wish (number on website). You may also want to keep checking our site as we will be posting the findings of scientific research which confirmed Sweatz Vests weight loss capabilities.
Yes that newspaper is there but it is not when he has his shirt off getting on the scale which is the important time to see it, it is also not one continuous shot from him getting up from the desk and getting on the. He looks a lot bigger when it comes to weight in that in the start, maybe black is a slimming color....
The original video we made was 14m but we had to cut it down a couple of times to meet the 10m video limit Youtube have. We didn't cut the footage up to mislead or deceive anyone. I must admit I've not personally seen the uncut footage but that may well include continuous from showing the paper at the end and the final "weigh in". Would you be interested in me emailing a link over to you?
Sure, dont get me wrong I am not picking a fight for the sake of it, I have used these vests and have trained hared than that on less cal intake and have not seen weight loss like that.
@MGAtime it's irrelevant anyway.. even if that was done in 5 days that is obviously 90% water loss.. any scientist will tell you it's impossible to lose 19lbs of fat in 5 days under any set of circumstance.
Bought one of these and sweated like mad at the gym - had to leave early as I noticed I was developing water around my groinal area.
Any tips on what you are meant to wear at the gym to keep the sweat patchs at bay down there... :-/

You were sticking your stomach out during the first weigh in...
Whilst the product may indeed work - that is shameful.

@xentech If he lost that much water in his body, he'd be so dehydrated he'd become ill.
90% of 19lbs = 7.7kg = 7.7 litres.
The body contains around 40 litres.
According to you he lost 20% of his body water. I don't think so.
Why don't you try the product before you doubt it?
