That's something I learned from other youtube Guru..Your eyes look so open & awake if you use light colors on the inner corners of your eye (near tear ducts) & light colors in the lower water line for older women. U can use a dark color halfway under your lower lashes from outer part stopping at the middle of your eye ! Hope this helps.

Thank you for watching! For Older women; the white on the waterline makes a big difference,it opens the eye and gives you a clear wide open eye! Using black is fine as long as you start at the outer corner of the eye and stop halfway the center of the waterline, if you do the whole waterline w/black it tends to make your eyes look smaller and draws attention to lines under your eyes :)

my dear you look just flabulous!! i was experimenting with skin care and this may seem crazy but when i was in sandiego i noticed how smooth the beach bums skin were so i got home to "PA". got on line looked up best skin treatments and sea salt kept coming up.. so i did a sea salt mask..OMG!. works wonderful then did a honey mask.. MY NEW HOLY GRAIL product for now. who would have thought , they esp work on mature skin.. .. this was beautiful. x shelly
