Actually you are wrong, he had a shotgun blow through his mouth, which wouldn't have mattered because he had so much heroin in his system it would have killed him in a total of 3 to 5 minutes, when you are on heroin reguardless how much the dose is you cant really move around and do crazy things, he had a dose 10 x more lethal than the usual and would have killed him in minutes, so how would he inject heroin in himself then pick up a shotgun and somehow put it in his mouth and pull the trigger.
