Samsungs phones actually do suck. They are cheaply made, and the one time I decided to actually by one it died on me with in 3 months. There are multiple bugs in the OS, like the ringtone being loud sometimes and soft sometimes, all on it's I might add. Also when I would try to call some one using my phonebook, it would more than half the time call the person below the person I was trying to call.

And as for me not making phones? I am one person. Samsungs is thousands, software, sales... Ect.
