can u please explain the steps in putting the videos from the ipod to the computer? I have a PC, and went to look in the folder but couldnt find it, can you please help? also can you please explain the steps in deleting videos from the ipod?
Not sure how else to do it with a Windows computer other than looking on the Nano like it was a Flash drive. Look in the DCIM folder for .mp4 or .mov files. To delete them on the iPod, select Video Camera, then press the menu button to see a list of dates. Select a date. Use the scroll where to select a video. Click and HOLD the center button until the delete menu appear. Choose Delete.
Well, I'm not a Windows user, so I'm not sure. It probably depends on what version of Windows you have. The Nano should appear just like a USB Flash drive or a CD or DVD. Look for it and then look for the DCIM folder inside it. Maybe find a friend who knows more about the Windows OS to help.
I lost your last video, b/c of that damn stop/start motion that hasn't gone away on YT even after I upgraded to Adobe 10.
It didn't even get better.
I can't afford a Nano now. I lost half my hours.
I was thinking Lost my hours?
When DOESN'T at least someone need a Paramedic. My service apparently thinks they can do without my ingenious professional knowledge and talent. At least half the time, anyway.
I'm not really that upset. I just can't afford a Nano.
You can store around 1 hour per gig -- so maybe 8 or 16 hours. But the battery is probably more of a limit. Haven't heard how long it lasts when recording.
I can see where it would be nice to have for those moments when you don't have a "real" camera, i.e., car accident, something funny happening in the mall, blah blah blah. I have a tripod & a real videocam, but can't carry them everywhere!

it's not for me, I want to be able to use a small tripod with it and this seems like a very low budget feature

Give it to the dog to play with, lol. I don't understand why they put video on this and not the iTouch? Oh well, good video.
