Your video is great for my project about relationships in real life and on the internet. I'm quite mixed with your final words though. Internet as a mean, why not, as long as it is not Internet as an end? Really arouses more questions to me.
In any case, you should go for it. You're a big boy, NY is not lost in desert, and you can still consider the trip as a visit to NY if Chris proves to be 'weird'!

His bed doesn't appear to be made of metal either, I've seen it. Also I own none of the apparel you mentioned. I'm sure you feel much better now that I have been able to quell your fears. :-)
When I wanted to go to Europe some years ago I met people in a European forum and with one person - the two of us developed a nice dialogue via ICQ and phone and I stayed -and was teaching English and German there- for three years, until, of course, I got 'homesick' and went back home to Canada... So it can all work out alright. Nickasarbata, you got education and experience, you'll do just fine!

They eventually became a very bad stalker and the police were eventually involved.
