He's talking about why he cosplays Reno, and he says something like "It's because I like characters with 'something-or-other' (Can't remember what he said)... Nah, if I liked that I'd just cosplay someone from Naruto."

And when he first starts his litle speech thing, one of the judges made a fake fart sound because they were goofing around earlier, and the guy couldn't hold in his laughter xDDD
