I just bought this gun and whenever I fill up the magazine and pull the spring up . E bb does not go to the top so wen I cock it back nothing will shoot out. Please can someone reply?

looks like the KWC Cybergun version, the stats he mention (notably BAXS) confirm it.
This is purchased in a lot of sporting stores (dicks) in america and walmart in canada.
