Zack took down Angeal AND Genesis. He beat Genesis after losing a lot of energy, and blasting through THOUSANDS of Shinra soldiers as well as Genesis clones. All while carrying Cloud on his back.

Not only did he take down most of Shinra's army in the end, he managed to save Cloud as well.

woooow, this movie may be official, but they got the whole scene wrong. 1. cloud only gets stabbed once,while on the ground after sephiroth knocked him down. 2. the zack vs sephiroth "pipe" fight never happened, seph just instantly bashed him down the stairs(apparently causing enough pain to stop him) and 3. since when did sephiroth just JUMP in to mako, WTF!?!?!? he gets thrown in by cloud! and yes i got the info from CC,so? makes more sense then THIS movie.......wow im angry :P

Last Order is Tseng's report of the events of neibelhiem. He didn't see Cloud throw him in, so he believed Sephiroth jumped in of his own accord.

Good question. Still, only some of the discrepancies are covered by Tseng's alternative view; others were just separate interpretations. I will say that Zack being thrown into a pod would be a more debilitating move than him simply being thrown down the stairs.

What you saw in the game is what actually happened, and what you see here is uncannon and is not true to the game.
