  • chet baker - almost blue

  • It is not "Kid b" at all

  • Amnesiac is much more than "Kid B"

  • 3 people don't live in a glass house

  • An Inspector Calls, anybody?

  • Nightmare by Artie Shaw?

  • i think this song is about his awkward relations with the press

  • Credited in "Children of Men"

  • The most depressing Radiohead song in a catalogue full of super- depressing songs. Not a bad thing, though.

  • @TheEnchantingWizard1 for some odd reason, i dont find this song to be that depressing, at least not the instrumental haha

  • this is my favorite radiohead song! What is you favorite radiohead song?

  • @hanszimmerfan1412 Where I End and You Begin.

  • @hanszimmerfan1412 The Tourist.

  • @hanszimmerfan1412

I love how to dessapear completly and this one. but in general, how can we choose The Only One if the hole Radio music is genius?^.^

  • trip hoppy

  • jazz funeral

  • This is so different from okay computer kid a and this... hmm.

    i love this song though.

  • This sounds like the beatles and pink floyd stumbled into a jazz band.

  • @austgyu strawberry hemp!

  • Anyone else notice the vegan undertone

  • the jazzy effect to this is perfect. The fact that a band who is mostly rock oriented, adds random, unexpected bits(like this) and executes it well just shows how talented they are. Radiohead can seriously do no wrong.

  • The jazzy dissonance in this song makes me melt :)

  • drinking gibsons at 5:30 in the am brought me here

  • The Sounds sent me here.

  • The description kinda upsets me. Amnesiac was not a list of B-sides from Kid A.

  • does this sorta remind anyone else of starless by king crimson?

both songs are sad, jazzy, and overall amazing

  • @gisimead starless wasnt jazzy!

  • It's funny how much people debate Kid A vs. Amnesiac. Albums that seems like brothers are pretty rare. In my opinion, Kid A has more of an expansive desolate atmosphere, while Amnesiac is more claustrophobic and unnerving. They're both amazing albums, and are both among Radiohead's best. Amnesiac is my personal favorite due to the moments in the album like this song.

  • Ok, so on itunes, one of radiohead's bsides is "Life in a gladhouse" and it sounds exactly like this. WTF?

  • maldita canción perfecta!!!!

  • 2 people are deaf... or dead

  • @kadablanba

    1. Street Spirit

    2. The Tourist

    3. Motion picture soundtrack

    4. A wolf at the Door

    5. Videotape

    6. Life In A Glass House

    7. Seperator

    8. Blow Out

  • This was inspired by New Orleans jazz collective improvisation.

  • Liked, Favorited, Loved.

  • @1UPMidget Awww.

  • @kadablanba

    thanks that's really interesting :)

  • 2 people didnt stay and chew the fat

  • im dissapointed with the new album : (

  • @Levente20 Miserable twat. But wait I think Liam called Thom so..ha ha

  • @Levente20 King of the Limbs isn't as good as Amnesic or Kid A, but its by far a great album to the Radiohead collection. I am particulary interested in "Bloom", "Morning Mr.Magpie" "Feral" and "Lotus Flower". The only song I am sorta uneasy about is "Give Up the Ghost", which I also know is a song off of Yorke's solo albums.

  • @NIN99Koala According to me "give up the ghost" is the best song from King Of the Limbs

  • Brilliant. Woozy New Orleans style. I really think that Thom Yorke is a composer and impressionistic artist. If he had grown up in an earlier era he would have been a jazz composer. Earlier still and he would have composed classical pieces. He has the music in him, and he used what was familiar to produce it.

  • do do do DOOO

  • sinfully underrated song by the best band eva.

  • the melody played from 3:48-3:53 on the mid-pitch horn makes me cry without fail every time I listen to this track

  • Jazz by way of Radiohead. It's awesome.

  • Amazing song.

  • YAWN!

  • @derdernico it;s an acquired taste

  • Radiohead should do another jazz song, this is amazing.

  • @WickedLiquid Yeah, I am just starting to get into jazz and have been into radiohead for sometime, so for me this is a natural marriage of two very awesome things coming together!

  • 1:46 = Epic!!!

  • i love this song soooooooo much :)

  • Sounds like trippy jazz.

  • This song is so beautiful, but the one thing that's bugging me is that I can't figure out the time signature. Is it 4/4? Or does it change?

  • @katekate201 I tihnk it is 4/4 but it syncopates a little

  • @katekate201 i think it always stays 4/4, but it slows down near the end.

  • @MinkyBoodle44 Maybe 3/4, which is basically identical to 4/4.

  • @THEYahamaDrummer

similar but different. 3/4 pretty much makes you feel you can do a 4/4 fill on any instrument but then you fail xD

  • Hey, go check out my misheard lyrics for this song! Search: "Life in a Glass House Misheard Lyrics - Radiohead". ;)

  • Es un Poeta de los mios.

  • wow 0 dislikes :). its like they did this at the same time as National Anthem, which is like a madd version of this.

  • If anyone dislikes this, I will annihilate you.

  • @R0b0rkle TWO PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ANNIHILATED!!!!!!!!

  • @R0b0rkle two people are awaiting annihilation!

  • @R0b0rkle You will annihilate me, if anyone else dislikes this?

    Seems pretty rough, mate....

  • @R0b0rkle prepare for annihilation!!!

  • @eZoiCxDeLuZioN What do you like? Tik Tok or something gay like that?

  • @R0b0rkle lol wtf is TiK ToK?

  • @eZoiCxDeLuZioN go listen to justin bieber fuckhead

  • Ahh, I love this song. Best one from Amnesiac.

  • @yeahsee33 thanks for the share, i am actually a radiohead fan!!! like u, i have a WIDE range of music i like and listen too.....i just seem to sing a certain style of music.....coz my voice is limited.

    michael

  • jazzy

  • watch my misheard lyrics of this in my channel

  • well, of course i'd like to sit around around and chat...... sit around and chew the fat.......

  • love the mood of the song. exactly how I feel

  • *sigh* i love radiohead they bring back so many memories, it's strange how a song can make you feel.

  • @MissFallenDolly For Sure!!!

  • i really liked this album & I like this song a lot

  • Gotta love the fake intro... Gotta love "Once again we are hungry for a lynching" Yes Gotta love the realization that there's someone listening in.

  • And, most of all, you gotta love the whole song ;)

  • @Crede06 what does it mean though?

  • @Crede06 fake intro? WTF are you talking about?

  • @mrsvend3245 I'm talking about how the song's introduction is a false introduction to the rest of the track. The listener is led to believe it will be an electronic tune only 15 secs. later to be surprise that the track is a New Orleans funeral theme. Do you understand? Or is your pretentious, I'm a Radiohead fan (which means I know everything about music) going to tell me different?

  • beautiful

  • I love this song, mate.
