The male models are not ugly. He just always uses unconventional models unlike D&G (gross) or Calvin Klein that go for more stereotypical model looks. His men are more distinctive and boy-ish because his work is just more conceptual. Which is why he's so great!

Eh, I have a differing opinion than most. I think this collection seems...desperate. It has some bad 80's flavor going on. Some 80's stuff can be cool or "retro", whatever. These items seem like well-worn, seen it all before, lackluster retreads. I think Marc Jacobs is really blessed with the talent, skill, and vision of a top-notch designer. Mostly, he is incredible at what he produces. I simply feel that he missed the mark (no pun intended) with this collection. He's done much better.
