Acne & Dermatology : Does Apple Cider Vinegar Clear Inflamed Acne Lesions?

I dont care what anyone says apple cider vinegar worked for me. I had acne on my chin for years since i was 12, im 18 now and it would come and go. I also started to get eczema on my face which would sting and itch.

Ive been using acv for 3 weeks now and im able to stop using steroid creams because of it.

I hope there are no side affects on using vinegar on the face skin but its working for me. x

By the way, I have been using ACV as a toner for over a month. It sells bad but my acne medication that I used to use smelled gross too...the smell goes away after it dries and after you put moisturizer over your face. Be careful, there might be a purging period, which is what I have read somewhere but that never happened to me. My face cleared up about 80 percent in 2 weeks

you can get very positive results i have bad acne and im gonna do a week vid of using it you want to keep it away from your eyes becuz if to close it can make your eyes water badly

maybe if you drink some teaspoons of it (dulite with juice, it tastes better) but put directly on skin, no, it'll worsen eczema, this stuff does help with pimples though, and the dry skin is nothing a good moisturizer can't fix. when i apply acv i leave it on though, i don't wash off after 10 mins. usually i'll apply twice in the night time and at end of night ill exfoliate my face with a moisturizer/exfoliant.

I have mild acne and lots of blackheads and comodones. (clogged pores) I heard that ACV can make you photosensitive, so wear sunscreen.

Can we use it every night? Does it need to be washed off or can it be left on overnight?

You should try putting this stuff on after you get home, leave it on, and maybe reapply after supper or so, leave it on and before bed, moisturize your face as it probably will dry up. this is what i do and it works for me.

What people need to understand abut Skin. is that it differs from person to person. But the REASON for acne is always the same. But factors like dry skin, oily skin and so on can worsen the acne.

I am informning you about this matter, since alot of you belive that, if it worked for someone else, then it must work for you aswell. Sadly this is not the case. The best thing to do is get a professional to analyse your skin, so it can be treated for your needs.

apple cider vinegar does work for acne. i use Source Nutrition apple cider vinegar tablets 3 times a day and mine completely cleared up. I am SOLD!!

Generally you should be patient while trying to get rid of acne.

One of the biggest mistakes people with akne do is that they expect way too much in a short time, especially while buying cremes and so on.

Use Apple Vinegar for some time, at least four weeks to see major differences.

actually my acme was worse with products turns out acme is caused by dried skin all products will make it worse so aloe vera loshion from the dollar store cleared mine up after suffering for about eight years in about a week and it was really bad i mean really bad

Acne is not caused by dry skin.. well for some but anyone who has sensitive skin gets acne and some have oily and some have dry and some have combination between both dry and oily.
