I haven't read thru all the posts, but I believe Dawn's band in this video is Wrathchild America (post-Within The Veil/pre-Toxic Voodoo) before they renamed themselves to Souls At Zero and eventually broke up. If this is right, that is Shannon Larkin (Godsmack, Ugly Kid Joe, WCA, SAZ, Kiddie Porn, Another Animal) on drums. Awesom find! I met Dawn back in 83 in San Diego CA at her rehearsal studio. Band at the time was named Allies. She was a super cool person and will be missed.

DETENTE is booked to play the Headbangers Open Air Festival in Germany in 2008. There is a rumor that Ann Boleyn from Hellion is doing Dawn's parts. That makes sense because DETENTE and HELLION were both from LA.

I looked on the internet & didn't see anything about Ann Boleyn playing w/Detente. Detente is playing Headbangers Open Air next summer but it's probably a different band. If Ann Boleyn was playing anywhere I'm sure it would be in the magazines.

I still recall subbing to Metal Maniacs magazine (with the kooky but good vegan Katherine Ludwig as editor)and FOG kicked Dawn Crosby out of the band! I thought she was the main person, but I don't know. Then I heard she died of drinking too much. I uploaded one of their songs from the CD so it's flawless audio if anyone's curious.
