His disciples are the one who went into the other parts of the world where it may not have been custom to invite ppl into their homes after listening to them at a synagogue. You're right disciples still do preach in marketplaces and at other churches, JWs and about 1000 more religions are the only ones that go door to door, the other religions though preach elsewhere while JWs don't. I guess they follow Jesus example better.

when the basis of your argument is ignored the debate becomes futile. The admission of the Societys error in translation is HUGE. The admission makes one of their core beliefs incorrect. Have you ever received an explanation from any other JW's regarding the miss-translation? That will be my first scripture read to the next Witness that knocks on my door.................Where did you say the admission of error came from?

They can't address the mis-translation because they're not a greek expert and they don't have the credentials of their translators to say how they were more correct than other translators. It comes down to needing to explain why they chose a specific wrong word in greek which no rank and file JW will be able to explain.

Regarding Acts 20:20 - JW's teach you to believe that Paul put in many, many hours of knocking on doors (and RV's of course)to form the congregation he was speaking to. In Reality, they were already believers when he went to teach them.

I think that I did get somewhere in a way because he admitted in his final comment that Jesus didn't preach house to house. He gave up because every scripture he gave with Jesus preaching in a house would support my point and the only two he had about house to house were already discredited.

To be honest I'm not expecting to get through to him, I posted the video because he was so cocky about how he knew the bible better than me and how I would be no challenge. So I wanted youtube to see publically how terrible he was. It's purely shoving his nose in the fact that he sucks. Maybe my technique here in disarming the usual JW stuff will rub off on people though :)

I actually missed a couple, the way he keeps using my name is a debate tactic I didn't think to point out. I hope you do use this technique, the more people who use it the harder it will be for JWs to impose their usual stuff. Plus it will show them they're not making any valid points and they'll have to learn to recognize logical fallacies. You'll probably end up doing it better than I could anyway :)

I'm hoping everyone who sees these videos just bombard his channel with comments saying how poorly he did. It'll cause them to either delete their channel or have to come face to face with the fact he's a horrible debator.
