I like Enigma, but in his new album, Seven Lives Many Faces, he uses Apples Garageband loops from ilife. I know because I use garagband for my own music making. Many artists these days use samples and loops from garageband. The new usher song even uses garageband loops.

I do not know if I replied to you before, but, garageband actually takes things other artists produce. Chances are he already had the loop, uploaded it to a site (beathive, for example) and then garageband bought rights to use that loop in any garageband that they sell.
