It's a sad situation with all the issues they seem to be having. Essentially the customer should be able to almost file a fraud complaint as we were not provided the product that we ordered and essentially got left holding the bag. I've had issues with Poppa John's customer service in the past. Thankfully, there are plenty of good mom n pop pizza places around me so that I don't have to rely on any chain restaurants that don't care about losing customers.
The Papa Johns around here has great pizza. Maybe one of the guys was having an off day. Maybe your Papa John's sucks. I don't think it's a problem with the whole company. Still, It's nice to see you're still taking an active role in what you believe in... Even if it's pizza.
May I offer a suggestion. Post your video on their video response on every video that Papa Jizz posted up on their youtube channel. That might get their attention.
