  • @runespec... P90x works and yes the diet is the most important thing in anything if you want to see results. The program is only to make lean and ripped!! If you want to get big then you know what you got to do. Add more weights and less reps!!! Of course this us not going to give a huge chest but I bet you it will give better stamina!!!

  • Mate, you need to do something with your haircut.

  • Wow... I've seen better results in the last 60 days following routines I found on bodybuilding sites. P90x is just full of calisthenic garbage. At best its for women who want to tone a little bit. Your results for 270 days?! It looks like me after my first 60 except my chest was bigger. This is an example of why p90x doesnt work. If people actually do buy it they should atleast follow the diet... Diet is 80% training is 20%.

  • damn good job dude!

  • Great results! I'm starting p90x soon myself. I've had a lot of friends have results even without the eating plan all they did was cut down portions and just eat healthy in general...not a big secret...intense consistent workouts combined with healthy eating = results...great job on your progress keep it up!

  • Well done building your body. Its just a shame that you don't stand op straight. Your posture/stance is at least as important as your physical health. Stand against a straight wall for 1 minute, letting the back of your feet, your butt, your shoulders and the ball of your head (the little point bumping out of the back of your head) touch the wall. Let the feet rest under where your shoulders are. If the distance between your back and the wall is to big, tightin your abs. Remember this stance

  • what if you don't diet with the nutriotion plan but you eat really healthy with fruits ands veggies???

  • im doing p45x doing the muscle and cardio or whatever one both in the same day along with running. i need to haha dont have the time for the 90 days

  • type in "give me 4 week abs" in the search box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

  • wow

  • you went from a creeper to model

  • Oh my bad, well good job.

  • So what they dont tell you on tv is how many times you have to do it to get that body. More like p270x.

  • @Wulfgeir if you would read, you'd see that really it takes one round if you actually follow the diet program...

  • @themango69 you cant do an entire session of plyo and then expect to eat a Giant Burger or steak or pastrami sandwich with bacon and expect to see results

  • @Wulfgeir Well either way... your not going to do it for 90 days and then stop doing it LOL

  • @Wulfgeir you need to do your research more man, if you commit 100% to every aspect of the program there is no way you cant accomplish it in 90 days...if there's any doubts just commit, you will regret it:)

  • "P90X...it will turn you into a douche bag in 90 days, money back guarantee."

  • @rafuzibitch or you can stay a fatass nerd.

  • @FPSgr8t or i dont work out, enjoy myself and still be in shape cuz i have good genes, lol...

  • @rafuzibitch You'll probly be in shape because I also have good genes. but ull never be as in good shape as if you worked for your shape ;)

  • @FPSgr8t true

  • @rafuzibitch not all people that are strong are douche bags..

  • You was a fucking nerd

    Now ur fucking cool :D

  • P90X changed my life. {Download} it (for) free at workout90days(d0t)tk

  • good job man, keep it up and keep pushing play, ill sub to you and sub me back that way we can hold eachother acoountable,do your best an forget the rest!

  • dude...! you were a noob and now you are PRO!

  • hey great work, just one thing i saw you comment about bigger chest, look up sixpack factory, all his videos are on utube, he has lots of cest work outs that helpped m soo much

  • @07taylorm I can't seem to find this person on youtube, can you send me a link to one of his videos and then I can check them out? thanks

  • @themango69 his name is moricestreet909

  • hey im athletic 14 year old but want to get stronger cause im a little skinny and did you say that you did this with out doing the diet and werent seeing resluts in strength and that the diet is key? thanks for any feedback from anyone

  • @ncbadirtbag2 go look at my other videos, mainly the 90 and 180 day and the difference with them and the 270 day was that I focused on diet on the last one....diet plays a HUGE part

  • @ncbadirtbag2 Diet is 60% of your gain/loss

  • @ncbadirtbag2 The diet is EXTREMELY necessary, your body cant perform the same without all and i mean ALL of the nutrients and many other things it needs. Without it you wont see anywhere near the same results. Another key factor is to not take it too easy, push yourself to the limit, no more and no less. good luck

  • Start p90x now. (Download) it for free at 90daywokout(d0t)tk

  • @rainxshine1 why dont you quit spamming every fuckin page.

  • @ukrainiaNManiak but but but that just proves my point even more :(

  • Uhm...Insanity was released before P90X....

  • @sheapet ? wasn't even close...was over a year apart, so not sure what you are talking about...

  • Grrrrreat Results. I started P90X and was soooo excited about it and the different exercises it offered and really liked everything about it, except that I'm an avid runner and like going to the gym, so I got waaaay bored on week 5, eventhough I was seeing results and loved the way Tony motivates on the DVD. How did you stay motived?!?!?

  • @TanyvonneMit Motivation is probably the key to any workout regiment - especially P90x. I found in the beginning, watching other p90x results video online really kept me motivated. It makes you want to try for better results because there is always someone who did better. It does help that P90x has fast results, so seeing results usually helps you stick with it. I also found that if you know that you are doing a video at the end, you will stick to it because you don't want to disappoint.

  • @themango69 Thanks for the great advice...I think I'll do a video to keep me motivated, I did like that I was getting results. So hopefully I can acquire results like yours (which are AWESOME!!!!! :0)

  • this helps

  • I lift weights the "old fashioned" way and i'm getting better results than that!

  • i do p90x with a sauna suit lol lost 6 pounds and kept it off, i'll post my pics look for them in 90days from now

  • hey im week 2 on p90x im a female and someone told me not to take the protein shakes or protein bars? what do u think i have a protein bar after breakfast for my snank and a protein shack after dinner please help me

  • @dinahmite425 i don't see any reason why a female would be any different than a male for this diet...all of the same concepts apply and the only thing that women generally change is what they lift (usually want lean as opposed to size)...so i'd follow diet as closely as possible (which protein bars and shakes are on it) and you should have no problem getting results...good luck

  • @dinahmite425 You should still take a protein bar if you want. I personally don't use protein bars with my routine but I do take a protein shake as a dinner replacement/ postworkout and my results have been insane.

  • @dinahmite425 You don't need to spend so much on the P90X branded supplements. Compare the nutrition facts and buy a different brand with the same ingredients. Pure Protein bars can be had for $1/bar, and Endurox R4 is cheaper than P90X recovery drink. Be aware the P90X recovery drink has creatine, which will make you retain water and look bigger. It is not permanent and you'll lose the water weight when you stop the creatine.

  • Are you kiddin me man, !! nice work

  • needs to work a little more...

  • congrats

  • congrats on ur results n i wish u all the best... i'm kinda gonna move a lot with work in the next few months so r the resistance bands enough to do all the exercises in p90x? also do u have advice on how to manage the diet if all i have available is eating out?...i'd appreciate ur reply

  • @yahyakhoja I prefer weights, but I think the bands are fine if you get the right ones. I would recommend the beachbody ones - think they sell set of 3 (green being highest you'll need). As far as diet, my recommendation is to hit the places that give you a full nutrition menu so you can plan accordingly. For example, I go to Subway alot and for first phase, I get foot long chicken breast with ton of veggies and then throw away bread (same cost as salad with more meat). Good Luck.

  • @themango69 lol i am doing p90x and working in subway myself lol :) u are nasty person lol

  • @yahyakhoja tell you what mate, i bought bands because in UK stupid door frames, so i cannot use pull up bar, so i thought i gonna kill it all together and no need weights, but nope, some exercise just so uncomfurtable to do with the bands, i am going to buy weight, got enough with bands only for my pull ups they will stay..

  • Still look like you have down syndrome.

  • @trudal987 and you still prbly look like a wild snorlax, I commend the guy for actually doing something healthy.

  • @cjleger337 Hahahahahahahaha thats fuckin hilarious! What made you think about pokemon?

  • @trudal987 demotivational posters of fat people and them being called wild snorlax's lol.. look it up its a good laugh.

  • @cjleger337 hahahahaha use ultra balls!

  • sooooo hot!!!! nice body!!

  • can i take protien shakes with p90x because i am a hs wrestler trying to bulk up nd i have a lot of it;??????????

  • @liftingmmakid you pretty much have to, to be able to keep up to the protein requirements, I utilized MANY protein powder "shakes".

  • @themango69 NOOOO you dont

    just eat chicken breast

    shrimp

fish like small filets at the store will give u 21gs per serving

    just buy the cheapest brand

low in calories and almost no fat

  • @mrfrosty8172 you don't have to, but good luck getting to 300grams of protein (how much I had to eat) with 21gs per serving every day with meat...eventually it will be too time consuming/difficult to eat that much food...so ya you don't have to, but many people will not be able to do this every day for a whole week - thus the reason protein shakes come in handy

  • @themango69 wow 300gs

most people just eat about half their weight

eating alot of protein doesnt help

ur body will just pass what t doesnt use

i have an old Navy Seals fitness manual and they talk about the science behind muscles and training

a little old but interesting hwo adaptive the body is

and how IMPORTANT flexibility is to the muscles

i view shakes as a crutch

    same thing with creatine

  • wow bro great changes

  • A video editor and a body sculpter, impressive. I'm the same way, although, I gotta take it easy as I don't have as much energy as I once did. Maybe I'll get it back.

  • wow those couches are ugly

  • and the legs???

  • Very nice results. Im on my 6th week right now, I couldn't be more happy. I'm 6"1, started at 209lbs, 19% Body Fat. I lost 14 lbs, and dropped to 13% body fat. I'm pretty proud of myself, and I'm happy I started P90X at such a young age. (turned 16 today). I'll keep working on that V shaped body, good luck to you, and everyone from Generation X. This is an inspiring video.

  • dammmmmmmnnnnnnnnnn

  • Awesome Results! Have you done Insanity already? I started with Insanity week ago, LOVE IT!! P90X next!

  • Awesome Results!! You rock! I started with Insanity week ago, and planning to do P90X next. Have you done Insanity already - i love it!!

  • hit the beach homie

  • the reason the UFC guys look bigger is because they cut a crapload of water etc. they immediately put 20lbs on post weigh in. so you think they weigh 170, they really weigh 190 once they drink some water.

  • Can i drink muscle milk?

  • I think using a weighted vest may help build additional chest bulk during pushups and obviously using it during pull ups would help as well.

  • welldone mman!

  • Hey there, I just bought P90X and cant wait to get starded... did you follow the nutrition plan 100% and workout every single day for 90 days? Because I'm thinking about altering the nutrition plan a little and working out monday-friday so to have sat and sun to relax... would that be ok or should I got the full 7 days p/w for 90 days?

  • @efdrewster they have a rest day for you and also they have yoga x and x strecth so its not 7 days of torture lol more like 5 hahha.

  • @efdrewster Let me say from my experience, follow the nutrition plan. My first P90X round i just ate healthy foods and alot of protein. It worked, I lost 25 pounds and gained alot of muscle. But your body will start to crave the right foods, and the guide is really helpful. By phase 3 (not following nut. plan) i found myself really low on energy because I wasn't eating enough carbs (like the nut. plan said to). As soon as you follow the food plan, you will notice an amazing difference.

  • @efdrewster I'm at week 6 and have followed the workout plan verbatim. You will workout 6 days and on day 7 have the choice of doing X-Stretch or taking the day off. I take the day off. I haven't followed the nutrition plan 100%, but I've always been a meal replacement person anyway. I do use alot of their suggestions, though.

  • can p90x make me bulky? (bodybuilder build) :)

  • @playaz030 for sure....whether you want to lose weight or gain weight is more dependent on the food intake. if you want to gain muscle, then you'd first burn down to low body fat % and then you'd eat more to gain weight while using p90x to build muscle

  • @themango69 you got some great results. i gatta give this a shot. thanks :)

  • @playaz030 sure, but not the best way. get a lot of protein, maybe some whey mix.

  • @playaz030 why dont you just go to the gym like a bodybuilder would if you want to look like one?:L + lots of steroids :L

  • @playaz030 wat i have noticed try only the phase 2 for one month while takin ur protein twice a day!!u'll definitely grow if u use the maximum weight that u can do the exercise!!gud luck!

  • noobs lol

  • p90x is good and it really did work for u but it lacks chest exersices :(...... every one that i see who has done it has a litttle chest

  • @Ur1stPimp everyone's body reacts differently to exercise...go checkout UFC weigh-ins....these guys work out every day and weigh the same amount, yet their bodies look completely different. I'd like a bigger chest, but one can't expect to get identical results as someone else as your body will grow differently.

  • @themango69

they weigh that because they cut water. as soon as they drink any they regain 20-30lbs, so you think gsp or whoever looks big for 170, thats cuz the second the weigh in is over he's up to 200 or 190 again

  • @themango69 if u work your chest you get the results in time its simple as that, the guys only sayin its not a complete workout, and you have to agree

  • @themango69 doesnt that contradict the point of u even doing p90x then?

  • @themango69 we don't eat the day before and we drop our water weight that's why they always way the same and then right after we weigh in we eat our asses off but good food like fruit chicken

  • @Ur1stPimp I agree with you. I think in order to build up chest and calves, fore arms that folks need to bench and use wieghts separately from the program.

  • @Ur1stPimp All you need to add is some max bench presses and your chest will be fine.

  • @Ur1stPimp WTF r u talking about

they have two vids that focus on the chest

and trust me you feel it in the morning

    just search for the burn

dont stop just because the people in the video have done the 30secs

it might take you a full minute

  • @mrfrosty8172 show vid of ur chest. or stop trolling u stupid fuck

  • @Ur1stPimp

LOL WHAT ? PEOPLE DO OVER 200 PUSHPS AND DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF THEM! HOW YOU CAN HAVE BAD CHEST AFTER THAT ?

  • @Ur1stPimp True!..P90X is not meant to swell you up i think it's meant to get you ripped and lean..I do P90X and i throw in a couple reps on the bench press. This gets it done!!

  • @Ur1stPimp This is the first thing that I noticed before I started so I modify P90x and added Bench pressing once a week instead of doing Kenpo. I also run 3-4 days per week on top.... It really changes the look of the results.

  • @Ur1stPimp what you have to understand though is that above all P90X is about getting in the best shape of your life and becoming a healthy fit person. You can fine tune your body after.

  • @mattisnotuncool which proves my point :)

  • @Ur1stPimp I modify the program and run wind sprints for 15 minutes in morning and then I skip kenpo on Saturday's and I replace it with good ol' fashion Bench Presses and Dumbell presses with a excersise ball.

  • dude do you follow the nutrition guide or do you just wing it

  • problem with this....your still ugly.

  • lol Don Omar

  • @JaviSR20DET its daddy yankee dumbass. the song is called pose

  • @imnotawasteoftime Oh im sorry youtube Police

  • @JaviSR20DET lol oops. i didnt think i wrote dumbass haha. i guess i was jus thinkin the word dumbass.

  • keep pushing yourself to the limits to bad I can't have such big muscles, because I play badminton in national level in portugal so I need fast reflex so I don't need to have such big muscles, I need to have almost no fats.

  • "BRING IT!"

  • i'm 14 and i started p90x 4 days ago. i am also changing my food habits, its basically for highschool. will this stop my growth?

  • @FullTimeeGamers Nope...NEVER! It will only benefit you.

  • hey man what equipment do you need to do p90x??

  • Im 13. i am 6'2 and 177 lbs, i lost a lot of weight during my football season in school but i want to put on musle. im just wondering if u do every single dvd everyday?

  • @darkmountainside09 you do a dvd every day and you do them for 90 days. its different excercises on each dvd. there are like 9 dvds. its great it works.

  • ok thanks

  • @darkmountainside09 it is a different dvd every week, but this workout and diet program will not work the same for someone in their early teens as someone in their late teens or early 20s just due to body changes. I'd wait a few years to do p90x and get on a wieght training program instead

  • yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, bro this is amazing

  • Im 225 Lbs, 5"10 and 14 years old. but im not like a fat guy. but i do have some baggage..

Should i do "classic" , "doubles" or the weight loseing mode first?

Because i want to build muscel, and most importantly i want to be able to see it !

  • @TheHardTruth313 try doubles its about the same as classic with more cardio... but then again the p90x workouts themselves burn alot of calories as well so it depends on which one you will stick too and if you have the time

  • so P90X is for real?

  • @fireguy2800 yeah

  • what does the p90x kit come with? i know the 13 dvds and then isnt there a workout calender and nuitrition guide? cuz i found a very cheap one on craigslist but i want to make sure they are selling everything i need

  • you look like a fag! Cut your hair!!

  • @paulhopson1985 trollllllll.

  • i have the videos but i dont have the $ to eat much of anything so i get gassed bad after the third day so i might have to wait till i can eat

  • my p90x didnt come with body oil =[ =p

  • @d3can doesn't come with sweat either. BYOS

  • kinder rücken :D sonst ganz okay

  • Your sphinx pushups are impressive!

  • Does the P90X program detail what types of food I can eat while working out? I cant have dairy products or some meats....will I still be able to so this program?

  • @TonyVisciardi Ya it gives you all sorts of options so you can alter as needed.

  • @TonyVisciardi Yo try and find this guy named Klimatic in here. he uses p90x and hes a vegan. i think he put some video up of things you can eat. and he has results. just check his vid's

  • how much is the p90x?

  • @titanjay7 agreed

  • yea u def have a hot body now, congrats on ur hard work, set an example n keep it up!

  • Awesome job man!

  • what happen to your chest

  • those are amazing results congrats!

  • Great job!

  • Shit yeah your shreddin this thing, keep up the good stuff!

  • alright thanks

  • fag!!

  • if you want to cut, start cycling your carbs. you dont have to cut carbs out. carbs build your muscles. so for days 1 and 2 eat carbs only with two meals. for days 3 and 4 eat carbs with four meals. then 5 and six with all of your meals. that will keep your muscles, but also lose weight without much muscle loss. also do cardio. walk on a treadmill at an incline of 15 at 2.5 miles an hour for fourty five minutes.

  • if you want to cut you can cycle your carbs so you dont lose alot of your strength. do cardio, but only reach your target heart rate when you do your cardio. do that for fourty five minutes to an hour. also with your weight lifting lift slightly lighter weight with more repetitions. that will give your muscle some more detail.

  • wow.... you look really great good for you...where did you buy the will?

  • im a 6'2 200 lbs i am very athletic but i onliy have cuts on my arms and you really can see any abs, i really want to get more of a leaner cut instead of bulky muscle, is it possible just to get cut?

  • @bboybrok3nwing of course, alot of this depends on the size of the weights you are using and how you are eating...if you want to just cut you would want to stay away from the carbs...P90x lays all that out in their phases

  • @themango69 if you want to cut, start cycling your carbs. you dont have to cut carbs out. carbs build your muscles. so for days 1 and 2 eat carbs only with two meals. for days 3 and 4 eat carbs with four meals. then 5 and six with all of your meals. that will keep your muscles, but also lose weight without much muscle loss. also do cardio. walk on a treadmill at an incline of 15 at 2.5 miles an hour for fourty five minutes.

  • @bboybrok3nwing If you want to see your muscles and looked rip, you have to do cardio. It's a layer of fat that covers your muscle and cardio burns fat because it's sustained over a period of time whereas weight lifting and the like are more of a short period thing. Run or ride a bike or swim for a while to get up cardio and you'll lower your body fat and your muscles will show.

  • @bboybrok3nwing with insanity

  • @bboybrok3nwing the less " sugars you eat" and the more max interval traiining you do. you will be cut in 60 days.

  • Btw great progress mango, you've worked hard and eaten properly and it shows, and you still look like you did it natural which I can't say for most guys these days. Good motivator

  • what if you don't follow the nutrition plan? will it work the same way?

  • @syklt check out my previous videos and you can see that it makes a HUGE difference!

  • @syklt Of course it will work, just keep your diet clean. Diet is the easiest part if you just plan ahead, and if you don't you'll fail.
