It is lucky that you guys weren't involved in dbz creation. Otherwise, the entire show would be ruined. And there is no logic in your words. The Z-fighters had to progress on order to fight new, stronger enemies. And of course they couldn't beat enemies such as Cell and Buu just with ssj trans. Also, if only full blooded saiyans could transform, the what would happen with hybrids such as Gohan, Goten and Trunks? Entire story would need a remake.
