Well not all the time. Africans, even without admixture, can range from light brown, medium brown, and dark brown and have varying facial features and hair types. But yeah, African Diasoprans, who descend from West/Central Africans, no matter where there from, usually have some Caucasian ancestry, esp. Caribbeans and Latinos.

And all other kids look almost entirely black, and that black guy is a lighter black which means he's got a little bit of white blood in him and still the kids took after him and not the mother.
