Thanks for the 411. I like to put my ground beef in the oven on abt 300 for 20 mins or so or until browned. I let the spices marinate within the meat. Meat comes out much more tender than when cooked in the skillet. Love the channel

one of my favorite foods and I love the different styles of people chili.... I even love black beans in chili and it freaks some out. I dont eat cornbread but I will use tons of crackers! (too many crackers)
