Wow... I thought for those types of missions you had to kill every enemy before occupying the camp.

@AznMan2pt0 in the missions that have capturing the enemy HQ as a way to win all you gotta do is clear any enemys away from the flag aslong as theres no enemys within a certain distance of the flag you can capture it, even if the HQ has enemys nearby aslong as their outta the capture limit then you can ignore them and go for the cap and win

Noticed the guy in the vid didnt use orders. Do you get more exp if you dont use them? Or was he just short in command points cause he tried to take out the last guy?

I discovered this by accident when i did it on story mode. I did it in 2 turns though, the sand storm kinda saved me.

The way i took to hug the right edge of the map. When i got to the last stormtrooper defending the base i was behind him so i just walked up and use a grenade and it blew him out of the range. And just took the base.

I also had defence and evasion orders on alicia.

Should of given Alicia a defense boost, it makes a dramatic difference vs Shocktroops for scouts. lol It's just one command point. x.x

yes and you can repeat them as many times as you want, so you can use them to farm exp and money between chapters.

@MrFinalgamer go to HQ and i think its under the R&D page you can buy upgrades for all your weapons and upgrades for your tank. if you run short on money you can do skirmishes for extra money and EXP

I did it similar at lvl 1 but I had to modify the route, so it took me 2 turns to win instead of 1 :)

If you're wondering why people put you with a negative, it's because PS3 models have backwards compatibility. And a higher ratio of it then the 360.

The discontinued one had 100% due to a PS2 chip, the others have roughly 80% backwards compatibility due to software you can get for free on the PSN(Playstation Network).

Though I loathe the 360 for it's shoddy design and bastard owner. I am sad to admit it has a lot of good games. Though the PS3 is starting to get quite a few in now.

Dude the new 80 gb and 160 gb model doesnt have backwards compatibility and I know that the others have backwards compatibility its just that they discontinued the production for it, I mean there may be used ones left in gamestop or somewhere but I don't trust things being used and thats just me. fyi you should've looked at the newer models also.... and you may not have known that after a lot of researching I did I realize the ps3 is better and I agree with you just the last part of it.

Dude whatever. I'm going to get one aswell. I allready have a 360. Halo 3 was good while it lasted [it's a bunch of balls though, and Halo 2 and 1 is better by far], Gears 2 is better than Gears 1, but PS3 has better releases nowadays.

Here's a suggestion from a guy who owns both the 360 and the PS3.

Be at the very least a bit paranoid of your 360. Now, I own a functional Nintendo, you heard me, I own a freakin perfectly functioning NES console. Would've also had a functioning Commodore if my parents hadn't lost it so long ago.

The 360 broke down in less then a year for me. I had barely played 100 hours on it. Even kept it well cooled

If you plan on having both 360 and PS3, if the game is multi-platform, get it for the PS3.

I thank you for your suggestion and I am getting a ps3 now and I know some of the 360's problems such as R.R.D and other things I forgot....but yeah thanks for the suggestion anyways~.

If your budget allows, why not get both. In my experience, I know at least 12 mates that own the 360 for over a year and none of them have had any problems with theirs. I currently own two 360s, one I bought in 2005 and the HALO edition 360 my girlfriend bought me for my birthday in 2006, Both are still in perfect working order. I don't see that either the 360 or PS3 offer any significant technical advantage over the other, till now I have no regrets in getting both consoles.

Well that's lucky for you. But most people can't afford 2 consoles. Therefore we must be picky in buying a console. Because look im buying a ps3 160gb this holiday with 3 games + uncharted and that i'm 16 and this is month and month of work and don't forget i still have to work to get a car (parents will give 3/4 it but don't forget gaz and car repairements, tires...). 400 for xbox360 represent 6 highly anticipated games, including killzone, fallout 3 and so on.. And i need a 42 hdtv in my room!

It is not a question of can you afford both consoles,it is rather would you want to get both of them.I don't have a car,thanks to the public transport system in the UK,and I don't have an obsession with big screen TVs,my HDTV is only 30 inch.I made sure only to buy classic titles or new titles that are so epic they are gonna become classics.I just rent the rest of them. Since the price of 6 new titles can pretty much buy you another console.I'm not rich and not really lucky,just careful.

There are titles that are not "classic" and are still pretty good, and worth owning.
