This yacht is actually 100' and new was about $5.5mil. After refitting which must have cost in excess of $1mil if properly done, with the history of the grounding, it will be worth no more than $3mil. If the yacht was gutted and all new wiring, plumbing, fixtures, woodwork, etc.. The yacht could be in the $4mil range. This yacht however did originally cost in the $5mil to $6mil range when she was built in 2006. Economy was better in those days and pricing was not as negotiable with the builders.
