  • you might be beating all of those diseases but in the end, death is inevitable... you're going to die. trying to stay healthy and more alive will only add a few more years to your life but you can't escape the fact that you just as well as me, are all going to be in the ground someday. there shouldnt be this much stress on trying to live longer.

  • I love how people on here think they know more about this than her and make all-knowing statements like "Yea, eggs and meat and dairy are great for you! she doesn't know what she's talking about".... when really they have no idea what the fuck they're talking about. You've all grown up in America, where what's considered "healthy" by the general public is actually considered healthy simply because the corporations that make and advertise these foods advocate them so heavily just 2 keep sales up

  • yeah guys kuz protien and sugar is bad for you. so stop being healthy if you dont want disease

  • If you're serious about losing weight just message me :-)

  • Ugh, there is literally no scientific proof that certain foods relate directly to cancer. Eating too much cán cause obesety which gives a higher risk of cancer, but doesn't directly CAUSE cancer.

I hate it when people on the internet provide videos without even doing some proper research.

  • Preferably egg whites then whole eggs, egg yoks contains pesticides, cholesterol and has a lot of fat but it still has some good stuff in it but just eat a vegetable instead and you'll be getting your vitamins and minerals.

  • Prepare before the video starts have ingedients already chopped and then explain it easily and simply work from a script learn what you want to say before you start be a bit professional and please do not wear bling in the kitchen. Your unprofessional voice is not easy to listen to We want is to see ,how to prepare it quickly as possible. .Not see you trying to chop things up so ineffectively. And Youtube those darn adds are irritating.

  • Yeah..

Eggs are not only brain food, but a dietary food.

  • Organic poached eggs not good for me? don't make generalizations

I do pretty well with a bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat in the morning and there's nothing wrong with a rasher of bacon now and then

To this I have nothing else to say, I'll just leave my favorite quote

''Why do people avoid risks? So they can get safely to death?''

  • Okay people I finally found what she put in the dehydrator after searching for 30 minutes and watching these dyslexic videos. It was hidden. I copied some of the web transcript: apples dates and cinnamon, and you could actually, throw some sunflower seeds in there. Usually I put pumpkin seeds as well, Goji berries, you know, you could put pretty much anything in here.

  • You know what? You can have a whole 10 minuets for your videos, so why are you breaking them up into ramblings.. we're looking for the actual steps of what the title represents.. the 'introduction' could be on the SAME video! It saves a lot of hasstle for us the viewers... I had a heck of a job scrambling through all the videos to find the chicken cassrole videos you have too! I will not be subscribing to this sorry.

  • lady please bend over and i'll give you a nice sausage for your breakfast.

  • Wow no offense but bacon and eggs and French toast are good for you health freak!

  • @1997lollipopgirl Eggs are good, but french toast and bacon are awful for you...

  • raw food contains amino acids in form of enzymes which is better then whole PROTEIN CHAINS which are being disolved by our body to amino acids and enzymes

  • HEALTH FREAK!

  • Eggs are the best source of protein on the planet!

  • Yea until you cook them.. then 60% of the protein is no longer there.

  • Great video!!! Hope seeing more videos from your channel!!! PLease watch my videos also!!!!

  • Eggs are AMAZING for you!

  • @therealchelsey

especially if it's egg whites-- but I'm guessing her point was that the yolks are bad? --that's mainly b/c of the cholesterol

otherwise, yeah, they're pretty good for you.

  • @therealchelsey : Yes eggs are good for us. So are many meat products. But many of us (such as myself) go Raw because of political reasons. The Egg Farming Industry in North America is NOT good for us as a society.

  • cool, Joey Petroni (You Tube's treeclimbigman) say's high fructose corn syrup causes majior problems. Do you use sugar when needed or a sweetner?

  • What about parma ham??? Can you eat parma ham in the raw food diet???

  • no offense i know where your coming from i agree people should go back and eat like their great grandparents would have whole foods healthy foods nutritiouse the invention of things like the microwave and quick food in a tin=bad we should all bannish them. however if you eat like this it doesnt mean you wont get illnesses cancer etc......many very healthy people die all the time it may help a little but it wont put a stop to it. so i disagree on that behalf.

  • in this life you can disagree or agree with anything. you can even change your mind.

if you eat raw food you'll lose wight and feel great and reduce the chances of getting sick - sounds good to me. sometimes it might help "a little" and sometimes it might help a lot.

don't fight with ideas - it's endless - do what makes you feel good!

  • stop giving jasonrust1 thumbs down! he is stating facts! Researchers change their opinions all the time!

  • It is the "you should research more before you speak" that prob got the thumbs down. Just b/c it pops up on yahoo doesn't mean its true or good for you.

  • who said it pops up on yahoo? see it is smart ass assuming remarks like that that start problems here. He did make a good point about the coffee and eggs.

  • *I* said it pops up on yahoo. If someone elses opinion starts a problem for you you must live a hard life. Enjoy your ulcer.

  • if you read what i wrote instead of attempting to sound witty with your lame insult, you would see that i was simply telling you that your condescending remarks such as this and the other comment could lead to issues with others on this site. You did not have an opinion, u had an assumption about where a person received his info. You clearly are misinformed and nothing you say will anger me because you clearly do not think before you make a response. So good luck with that.

  • a cup of thin coffee and a boiled egg might be actually a healthy diet-breakfast indeed...but i guess she meant first of all lots of fried fat, bacon, lots of carbohydrates etc etc

  • That's prob b/c people wised up and stopped drinking coffee and posted something so drones like u would believe it. There are natural herbs/foods that help u with energy.

  • Why does it look like she can't even keep her eyes open?? I have noticed a lot of these extreme diets cause a weird lethargy to the people who follow them. I think the body is trying to tell you you need to get more variety in your diet!!

  • my fool, YOU r on an extreme diet n don't even know it ;D . so sad.

  • I want to become a vegan. Your video lacks substance. Books and Videos of this sort are more of a discouragement than a help. All you do is preach - there's little if any how-to in it. Are you engaging in some sort of self hypnosis is that what it's about?

  • This video is just an introduction. there's plenty of cooking and explanations in the videos on the right hand side. Also, I don't think she's preaching. she's excited about her lifestyle. She's just trying to pass that on to you.

  • Where is the rest of the video???

  • There is not a thing wrong with coffee....or eggs. Eggs are one of the healthiest things you can eat.

  • I agree. Granted, there's non denying that fruits, veggies and nuts are good for you but that doesn't mean you have to cut everything else out of the picture.

  • Fruits yes, in moderation, but veggies and nuts=like 30% of my calorie in take, I freaking love em

  • the caffeine in coffee is terrible for you and the yolk of the egg is full of cholesterol and saturated fat.

  • caffeine is perfectly fine in moderation, 1 cup of black coffee in th morning has no bad effects, in fact, a little bit of caffeine a day is good for your metabolism. And yolks are one of the healthiest sources of fat and cholesterol in world. lots of EFA's and HDL cholesterol, you ahve alot to learn about nutrition if you think egg yolks are bad....

  • you have a lot to learn about nutrition if you think ur going to stay healthy on eggs and coffee

  • you dont need to consume cholesterol- your body produces it naturally. there's no such thing as "healthy" source of cholesterol for humans, (except breast milk for babies). but there are good cholesterol-free fats found in plant sources: nuts, seeds, avocado, coldpressed vegetable oils such as olive and hemp...

  • Well then take the yolk out and eat egg whites

and remember some fat is actually good for us

  • Yeah exactly eggs are full of protien

and coffee all depends on how much sugar you put in it

and if your not drinking it day and night

it wouldnt have that much effect..

  • sorry but you bore me to death....

  • i agree with it, its healthy an sufficient. i like it.

  • i don't agree with this video, i'm always supportive of a new diet/lifestyle.. but just because you cook food doesn't mean you automatically get diseases... there are plenty of people who go on these kinds of diets that actually end up with more problems than what they started with..

  • Look at the reasearch on raw foodism, with lab rats they lived much longer with less problems. Humans are the only speices that cook their food and yet we have the most disease, especially in the north american culture. No, cooked food doesn't automatically cause diseases but eventually it will cause problems that every old age person gets but at a younger age. And people who do these diets and get more prolems then they stated with are usually uneducated like you.

  • @wordey123

yawn, unwarranted sense of self importance
