@MonaLisaNaked yes thats the episode were Alf is helping himself to the beer in the supermarket, very funny. If im not mistaken that episode is on youtube somewere .
thats bcos all in the family was an american version of till death us do part an earlier show with alf garnett. just like steptoe and son became sanford and son in the states
..Wish someone would drop the bomb on the retarded political correctness morons. Then we could enjoy quality entertainment without the resident 'witchunters' ruining it all for us.
Does anyone remember an "In Sickness and In Health" episode (I'm assuming it's a Christmas special) where Alf it starts off with Alf getting married to some woman, who refuses to say "I obey" in the vows. They end up arguing about it and cancel the wedding.
Anyone remember it? I'm desperately looking for it! I havent seen it since I was a child
I am unable to say which episode but he is marrying Mrs Hollinberry. Try Amazon or EBay, I know that Amazon sells a box set of the ISAIN Christmas specials
Bring back alf garnett

Apparently Dandy Nichols had malnutrition.
She is about 80 years old in these shows.
A very good actress and even Una Stubbs was shocked
at how she looked!!

I love this programme!
It was a shame about Dandy Nichols.
As she was old and ill by this time and she died after the first
series of this. She was not eating properly and she lost a lot of weight.
-which explains the way she looks in these episodes.

Please upload more, as an Asian guy I loved this as a child, very cleverly written, it really shows the hypocracy of a bigot!

It takes a good degree of craft to make a one on one script funny and it takes skill to act one out. This is pure gold!!
