I agree with the judge. However, the plaintiff was lucky that the judge had some sympathy for her overbearing, dramatized mannerisms. The daughter sounded like a handful, and he could have dismissed the case instantly because moral compensation has nothing to do with small claims court.

If I could get money from moral compensation, I would be rich. PG-13 movies are notorious for glorifying murder by cutting out human element. You can kill someone, but don't you dare show that death rattle!
