the malinois waterslager never sing so loud, they have used microphone to record his voise louder and analyse it i have a pair of waterslager and the hen is on eggs hope she will hetch all her eggs excellent singer better than timbrado
@BaybiiGirlNan The canary Waterslager is so called because certain sounds seem drops of water that it falls or that beads. It has been selected to Malines, in Belgium and for this motive Malinois Watersalager is named also. This chorister is by now spread in every continent but you/he/she doesn't exist in kind. It sings too much with closed beak and in harmonious way and without acute or undesirable tones. bye
If you do a search in Internet writing waterslager you will find the malinois also in the US even if I believe we are in the Member of the South. I know in Internet good breeders Americans and there are two specific sites of waterslager in the States.
your bird sings beautifully, we recently purchased a male canary who is now starting to sing, we were told he was born in june, it is now the end of october so hes about 4 months old.any and all info you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
between a short time will start to sing and if, as I I imagine, you bought only for singing, you must have patience, not need anything special, only to be well in health with seeds and fresh water, little green vegetables and a little fruit. Hello from Italy Lucky
. . .and by the way, I love your explanation of the singing/training/show cage. What a perfect way of teaching the novice why these beautiful birds are presented in this way!
I enjoy the song of this bird, but I am a beginner in understanding the waterslager -- in your own knowledgable opinion how does he rate and why? I would be very grateful to learn from your response.
An boxer performs on a small ring, a singer on the stage, the students in a classroom of school, but no one lives in these places, even these Canaries in the song that express their quality but are also in large aviaries for their lives when they are outside the events and by the show
puo fare benissimmo il maestro e tranquillo e si ferma per ascoltare gli altri bravo

Are there any waterslagers in Texas that you
know of? I have a precious American Chopper and he sings his heart out,
but I would also love to have a waterslager
[malinois] Here one rarely sees a canary for
sale in a pet shop. Those we do find are choppers or American singers. One is
fortunate if they singI I love your birds, they are wonderful.

The bird is a great singer. But I hope it doesn't have to stay in that small space with no toys and no company all of the time.
