Both really. If you use a Power Herb in a normal battle on Diamond/Pearl you'll lose it after it's been used. It's fine if you use it in the Battle Tower or in Wi-Fi Battles, you won't lose it after it's been used. But it's a one time use in a battle.

Well EQ can be useful on it, but Solarbeam only has one time usuage with Power Herb. But if you've trained it in special attack then Solarbeam would be better.

Sludge Bomb

Flamethrower

Pain Split

Toxic/Will-O-Wisp/Haze/Explosi­on/Dark Pulse

Modest Nature

Well traditionally Weezing works best as a physical wall as its defence is so high, and can learn Will-O-Wisp. IIRC it's attacking stats aren't great.

I'd personally advise a moveset like:

Will-O-Wisp

Flamethrower/Thunderbolt

Pain Split

Explosion

Sludge Bomb's not good as it's a bad attacking type. Thunderbolt can deal with Gyarados and other waters, and Flamethrower can deal with steels, especially Scizor and Forretress. A good nature's probably Bold.
