put your front light on an inhibitive submaster so you can pull the front light when they are not singing at the beginning (@1:21)... I understand it is a low key song.... do not leave your band or stage look black.... some low light works just as well, makes the look more "refined" and not too mysterious.
Please make your church donations as soon as possible. God wants us to buy a few more $15,000 light fixtures. Forget the homeless, we don't have enough Mac700's yet.
The HOG system has built in effects that work with all of your fixtures, they are fully customisable. Your not useing your rig to even a fracture of its potential, they effects pallet is a good place to start from :)

I'm a lighting designer for my church too and it always amazes me just how good 6 wash lighting fixtures can look when they're in in a great layout and focused well. Awesome work!
