  • hey paul, hey paul, lets have a ball.

  • "Not so common for bass..." Wow GearWire. Not only have 12s been used for bass rigs since the '70s, but the "New Wave" of Neo-equipped 12" cabs stated in the early 2000s. That's almost a DECADE of companies building on that design since this review and a pretty early way of telling us "This Is A Bad Review".

  • Actually, 10"s can not throw ike a 15". A 15" cone vibrates back and forth with greater distance than 10's therefore 'pushing' more air.

  • Just a little note. The Neox212T can be paired (2x cabs) with ShuttleMax12 (2x 600w 4ohms) or any Amp stable at 2ohms (max load)…

  • Dude, to imply that 10" speakers don't go as low as 15's is just not true, its just ignorance. Also to say that you can't pair them up at a 2ohm load is BS as well, lots of amps can do that. Also, the neox cab is hardly scooped, its just the opposite. The neox 212t is one of the best cabs out there and you say to buy it if you're looking for something "different"? You seem like a nice guy....but try again.

  • I have a Carvin BX500 and a Peavey Pro Bass 500 bass amps. They both can handle a 8, 4 or 2 ohm load. So 2 - 4 ohm cabs work for me.
