  • you are taxing an already taxed to death public you just added hst and are now talking hst'ing everything WHY? cause it would bring in an estimated $37,000,000,000 for the government this schill is payed way too much already his pension need a cut

  • Harper is a lazy person, dirty tactics..

  • Harper is creepy

  • Another lie from Harper. He used the CMHC to bail out the banks to the tune of OVER 100 BILLION dollars. He defends it by saying it is an investment and a good deal. Does anyone believe the banks would give the people a good investment out of the goodness of their hearts. No they dumped bad loans on the people and we will pay the tab. Harper has been a huge mistake for our country. It is time to make it right by punting his sorry butt out of office. Do your research people.

  • harper is one of the best lies in canadian history the first ever to commit contempt

in canadian history and live to talk about it

never mind all the other crap hes done or doing

i live in the land run buy a monkey

tell me this is a bad dream

  • Let's be clear.

  • His lies discredit this country. They found a shit to play chancellor

  • Um ... what he said then, he isn't saying now ;-)

"We're are not going into a recession"

I am surprised that as an Economist, Harper could say that with a straight face.

As economists we are trained to interpret data and make analytical assessments of the evidence presented to us.

Not make whimsical predictions based on our own political interests.

Somebody call The University of Calgary, they should ask for their degree back.

  • @gundamWWW i don't think he was saying it as a prediction, he meant at the moment

  • @gundamWWW The University of Calgary is such a crock of shit, I heard Flanagan on CBC earlier, fucker got nothing but shit to say. Apparently, oil is completely safe to transport or to pipe for hundreds and hundreds of kilometers, and all the environmental groups are just radical anarchists. I think politics is part-dark comedy...

  • @1j0k3

That's true. Look at all the oil pipelines around the world. All the ships transporting oil. Oil is HUGE! The amount of problems that occur from Oil are pretty small compared to how big it is. Driving a car, walking the streets, drinking a beer is more dangerous to you then oil.

  • There is no one else to support - all the others are worse ~ much, much worse.

  • @2006chemo AGREED- I feel the same way. I don't agree with everything conservative, but it's our best bet.

  • @0bstinacy None of the parties really offer any significant, fundamental change in the way things are handled in Canada, but surely conservatives are, by their nature, the worst choice. "conservative" is a 4 letter word.

    ANYTHING BUT HARPER

  • @2006chemo My shoes are more deserving to be Prime Minister, than this corrupt turd.

  • That creepiness is the feeling you get from Harper creeping UP in the polls, my friend.

  • @2006chemo that's sad, you support a liar and a creep who spends millions of dollars of taxpayer money on fighter jets we won't even use - as opposed to something useful like healthcare. uh-huh.

  • @RainmanStudios well if you go with liberal, we'll be paying more in taxes to quebec so they can leech off canada even more so than now- not to mention have our money wasted on fancy mansions and our money handled like we hired mobsters to basically rob us. also last time liberals in charge there were people actually voting against same sex marriage, however democracy doesn't exist in liberal world because anyone who didnt agree with one man, were threatened to be fired.

  • @0bstinacy I hate to break it to you but under Harper our taxes HAVE gone up, the upper-class has been given even more power, and anyone questioning him is regularly terrorized.

  • @RainmanStudios - How do you know that Canada wil not use its new jets? History has a nasty habit of repeating itself, and Canada weill get involved in another major war sooner or later. Unl;ess of course we should have stuck to flying Avro CF-100 Clunks and driving around in useless Iltis Jeeps, while offering welfare to anyone who threatens to go to war against us.....

  • @bgibb101 We can't use the F-35s because they're complete junk. Have you not read ANY news about them?

  • @BoredomCorner - Depends on your sources, doesn't it? While the Russians have some good specific system technologies, their ability to effectively integrate them often lags behind that of the West, and the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning takes integration of off-board intelligence to a step well beyond proven Russian capabilities. Remember, They said the same thing with British TSR2 and Canada's Avro Arrow, both wuold still be flying today. But its all politics, innit?

  • @RainmanStudios - Healthcare gets enough funding. However, its HOW that money is being spent that is the reall issue. Giving only one example, Does Alberta health really need over 70 vice presidents? Another, why was a Canadian woman with her newborn child moved into a private room and billed for it just so a Muslim woman could be alone to breastfeed HER newborn child? It stupidity like this that complicates the issues.

  • @bgibb101

Just like how the far left NDPers want the gov't to send even more money to indian reserves even though most natives agree that money given to them is being thrown away by their own chiefs. Throwing more money around is immature and irresponsible. Getting to the actual problem and solving it is where it's at.

  • @dobadriver - I agree. Once you make people totally dependent on government hand-outs and with no personal responsibility, they are then no better than slaves. We have to stop throwing good money after bad. Immigration is another culprit that costs us up to $23 billion a year in dfinancial support and government multi-lingual services. Thats more than we spend on national defense! Unfortunately, successive governments do not have the intestinal fortitude to touch these issues.

  • @RainmanStudios

Hmm, the NDP ran BC for years and raised income tax and closed hospitals. The hospital in my growing town of Mission was raped by the NDP and can barely be called a hospital. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever vote NDP. If you are possibly a liberal party supporter I would definitely give them a chance over NDP.

  • @RainmanStudios Your comment could be true of any politician - what else is new??

  • @RainmanStudios All politicians spend millions/billions of taxpayer money on things we don't need/use. BTW healthcare already gets enough of my money, it's just being wasted that's all.

  • @RainmanStudios And ALL politicians are liars - what else is new??

  • @RainmanStudios Could you loan us your crystal ball? How do you know we will never use them? Does you brilliant interipitation of history come to the conclusion that a world in a financial mess with huge shifts in the global balance of power is one that doesn't find them selves at war? Are the French, Swiss, Ausies, Germans and Sweeds creeps becasue they have modern airfoces that defend their nation? What world do you live in?

  • serious allegations

  • @emetalce

    sick choice to make

Layton only helped Harper come to power

    Zero loyalty

    Zero decency

    Un-Canadian

Certainly not a person who recognizes the political heritage of western canada.

I really thought he was a good guy just under duress

    Now I know better

  • Jack Layton's awesome! Vote NDP!
