No using electronic devices that trasmit signals are not supposed to be using during take off or landing.
Last time i checked a digital camera doesn't trasmit a signal at all.
They say "all electronic devices" to keep the dumb asses like yourself at bay.
It's Cellphones,PDAs,PSP's,GBi,laptops,radios,GPS and some MP3 players,
anything that trasmits a RF,Wi-fi,blu-tooth,RS,VGU signals that screws with what they have to do.

Heaps of people use digital cameras in aircraft. They do not affect the radio or the aircraft systems. I am a commercial pilot as well. There are literally MILLIONS of videos taken from planes in the take off and landing phases - they cant stop us!
