I don't like people always saying she is back on drugs, however, this interview is concerning to me for many reasons. One of them is she seems to struggle to speak properly, another is that she seems to be unable to keep her eyes open. She also seems to be unable to sit still. If she is still on drugs permanently, or occasionally, she shouldn't try to convince loyal fans otherwise. Sometimes it seems like she is trying to convince herself she is off drugs, when that really isn't the case.

She IS talking funny, like her tongue is too big. Has trouble with her 's's. If you listen to early interviews she didn't have that problem. Noticed the same thing in her interview with Oprah. I hope the best for her and that she is clean, but prescription opioids and xanax can cause those speak impediments.

She doesn't have to...she's Whitney Houston, and she's a pro, with an established musical legacy of greatness, and extreme poise with admirable displays of "grace under pressure." How many of us could have sailed thru the 80s or 90s in the business...living your private life in full public view. Can you imagine how draining that cumulative effect is on the psyche? Who is equipped to judge this lady? Only she and God.

In this interview....her face shows she is a substance abuser. I still hope she overcomes that addiction. I was addicted myself for 28 years and one day i prayed and told GOD i had enough and he delivered me. I have been clean now for 7.5 years and i have not gone back to it not once. Not bragging just trying to say that nothing is impossible with GOD. I don't even miss it at all...it is as if i never had the issue in the first place. GOD is able just like the Bible says he is. I tried him !

With age her face has hardened...I don't think she has had plastic surgery----she is still a lovely woman, but she has aged. Also, she has dropped the refined and deliberate speaking voice she used consistently in her early career. How many times does she say "You know what I'm sayin'?" in conversation. Instead of tearing her down which people constantly do trying lifting her up and supporting her, especially since none of us have walked a mile in her shoes, no matter what i love and support Whitney, and i wish her the best on her road to total recovery, She has blessed my life with her music in more ways than one and i will always love Whitney, she needs us to support and love her, because this road to recovery is not easy and she will need the support of as many people as will support her

I don't want to spread gossip but some people say that her problems stem from deep denial of her homosexuality. Whether this is true or not, we need to get a place of acceptance in society that makes it ok for young people to embrace who they are, peoples lives should not be ruined over such things, there are so many other dangers in the world out of our control, why create artificial danger for each other?

With age her face has hardened...I don't think she has had plastic surgery----she is still a lovely woman, but she has aged. Also, she has dropped the refined and deliberate speaking voice she used consistently in her early career. How many times does she say "You know what I'm sayin'?" in conversation. For better or worse, I think she is embracing a public image that is much more genuine than the product Clive Davis began molding in 1983.
