  • i really love it, can't wait to buy some egg white to try out ( my son love pancake but he hate to eat oatmeal) this is just perfect.

  • yes i can eat pancakes!! i have been dying withought yogurt for so long pancakes was gonna be rediculous

  • You dont have any idea how much youre helping me!!!I wish i could subscrice 10 times!!

  • I used to make these all the time, now am def gonna get back into it regular. Sooo tasty AND healthy! Great with some sugar free syrup/maple syrup and/or fruit btw!! THANKS

  • im sorry I just can't picture this tasting good at all. Has anyone else tried it?

  • not yet, but I did the peanut butter cups and they were fucking good!

  • @Gus589 I made them, they are tolerable at first, but after you put them in the fridge they are horrid the next day. I mean i'm not here to whine or anything. Diets aren't about the taste, it's about the nutrition. But these pancakes really depend on the protein you use I guess. I used Whey chocolate which is good, but the pancakes taste really bland and have an egg texture. This recipe just wasn't for me, but still much appreciated.

  • can i pour some syrup on it

  • I used a shaker bottle to mix all my ingredients, and it wasn't very thick. Came out super nasty, but eatable. Ima try blending it now haha

  • I'm so looking forward to trying this tomorrow morning! Starting to see that eating healthy doesn't mean eating flavorless food.

Do you happen to know the calorie count for this, please?

  • anybody try amaranth flour instead of oats????

  • I love your site.....just found it...will make the protein eggwhites and oatmeal, as i eat that for breakfast every am!! ty - Jeannette aka JJ

  • Would this work with chocolate protein powder? It's all I've got and i wanna give this a go, looks great.

  • @Alvio64 I'm gonna try the same. It should come out chocolate-y and that's fine by me.

  • how many grams of protein and calories would you estimate?

  • email me so I can give the caloric count

  • pretty good idea, what toppings do you suggest that i put on it?

  • @MiloWeaver84 Bacon and syrup :D

  • to much pam

  • Wow..good idea. Will try this out. Would you suggest adding choco mint or rocky road instead?

  • this could be an advantage..hmmm

  • next up ....high protein crepes

    ;)

  • nutritional info?

  • I love you bro you just made my day with these videos...trust me i needed a good thing to happen to me today

  • Thanks for sharing these recipes!!! Can't wait to try them out!

  • I tried them but they were raw inside, any idea why this happened?

  • @OurBestMusicChannel too runny or you didnt cook them long enough?

  • Great video. I have been looking for great healthy recipes like this and I'm so thrilled to have come across your channel!

  • lolz we are all fat

  • @welshstreetfighter10 If you use milk, the batter will be runnier because the egg whites are thicker than milk. but if you add fruit and other things into the batter I think it would be fine.

  • What are the stats for this?

  • How many calories would be in each pancake? I need lots :P this might be a really good breakfast for me. instead of oatmeal and honey

  • good recipe but you forgot the cinnamon, blueberries, bananas .. you can mix in...

  • Are you using a metal spatula on a teflon coated pan? That would be going against the manufacturers safety instructions.

  • How i can make protein pancakes withouth protein powder?

  • @Mijmio use some quinoa

  • dude you dont even need to ask for the like! these videos are really helpful! i was hoping for a high protein pancake recipe and i found 4 all yours! thanks alot man! you don't know how much WE appreciate it!

  • could you use milk instead of egg whites??

  • Just tried it.. tasted really good! Just don't make them flat like normal pancakes. Do them a little thicker to prevent it from being chewy.

  • 17 people are fat

  • Can I use about 2 whole eggs instead?

  • denaturing protein :(

  • @flawns It doesn't matter. The protein in the powder will be denatured and broken down into amino acids regardless by the HCl and pepsin enzymes in your stomach. Your body will be able to take up the amino acids and re-arrange into making different useful proteins.

  • Ain't the protein powder destroyed after going through the heat?!

  • @JakeRoxas

    Me too. That site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

is d bomb! Those trainers who dont know their

somatotype need not to worry cause the

program comes with a step instructions of how

to determine it. It will be presented to wide

variety of foods, making it easy for them to

select the ones that meet their nutritional

    needs.

  • i agree with trashbait ..im a chef and with that pan u shouldnt use non stick spray and defitnately no metal

  • NOT SUPPOSED TO USE METAL ON NON STICK PAN!!!!!!1

  • try adding little cinnimon and vanilla

  • is it tasty ? haha

  • Definitely an inspiration!

  • Thanks for the video

  • works better if u mix 4 d-bol in with it.

  • @moneydann haha

  • awsome i just made these grate vid man u got a sub

  • did you use cassien protein,i used vanillla whey and the batter wasnt as thick as yours

  • @clemson22 i'd stick with whey in the morning it's better to get it straight to your muscles when you wake up and if this is a night time treat go with cassein, but you probably don't want the carbs in your system before you go to sleep

  • @clemson22 he must have cause I had the same issue

  • Hope mines comes out as nice

  • wow unbelievable, thanks. Great recipe, cant wait to make them.

  • Here in Canada, you can buy a carton of liquid egg whites at any store, very cheap

  • great... now say it again in English

  • How are we supposed to get the egg white? I highly doubt you got them from separating eggs cause that would be A LOT of eggs. Did you buy separate egg white? And where can I buy it from? Thanks.

  • @TornTech yes he bought them seperate in a lot of grocery stores you can buy liquid eggs and liquid egg whites in a carton. They should be in the same area as the normal eggs.

  • @TornTech you get get egg whites in cartons at most supermarkets

  • may the best recipe of your channel :)

  • 2 cups are 6 eggs whites?

  • i love to cook so i will try it :3

  • Love the idea- i have been doing this with just egg whites but I'll definitely try to add some protein next time

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Have you ever tried adding baking powder to this? It makes it fluffier :D How about blending in fruits in the batter?

  • gotta try this!!!!

  • nice recipe, going to try this one!

  • Thank you!!! I'm in college been looking for a cheap high protein healthy breakfast!!! ThankS!!!

  • hmm not bad :)

  • i must be doing something wrong,it turned out almost tasteless and the texture was crap

  • You don't use flour? Like... never?..

  • do you use a syrup of some type?

  • Awesome recipe! I just ate one and it's really good. Tasted a bit eggy and it was very filling. I made one serving with 4 medium sized eggs (whites) and 1 scoop of banana flavoured whey protein powder, to cook I used Flora cuisine because we don't have PAN in London. Thanks dude!

  • he just turned protein into food very clever.

  • he judt turned protein into food very clever.

  • wtf is that pan spray? some kind of oil or what?

  • @faumas is a 0 fat cooking spray by PAM... just Google PAM cooking spray and you'll see it.

  • You like oats huh? Lol i've watched 3 videos so far, and seen you used oats in all of them

  • @Aimalicious18 don't u know He's the original oat guy XD

  • this guy probably eats his pancakes with syrup

  • Comment removed

  • I skip the protein pwder but I add a dash of cinamon and pecans to mine. I also add brown rice flour. Taste great!

  • @nholt whats the point of that? eat your proteins!

  • could you store the batter ?

  • is it oki if i use chocolate protein instead of vanilla ?

  • Comment removed

  • thank you for the tasty recipe!

  • 100 grams of protein in one pancake lol

  • Eat the damn yolks.

  • why do u use casein? rather than whey?

  • does protein destroyed by heat or not??(sorry for my bad english) and thank you!!!

  • @brinouaz Yes, raw vegansim give best result not very popular

  • @brinouaz i think it denatures due to the acidity in our stomach anyway. I'm not sure tho.

  • @brinouaz No, proteins are not destroyed by heat. Same goes with chicken, fish, steak and eggs etc... Heat does change the makeup of the substance, but the proteins are not affected. They remain intact. And that vegan is a crackpot. Veganism usually results in low iron and can harm the body if done improperly. Our bodies are capable of handling protein through meat just fine. Most people, since the fall, have been doing this and it's worked out deliciously :-)

  • Makes 2-3 pancakes. Should add butter and milk, otherwise they are too dry.

  • How many eggs is that? Could you use whole eggs as well as the whites? Just don't fancy using up 6+ eggs a day just on breakfast!

  • yo that pancake look pretty good!!!

  • Did my first protein pancake this morning and i used whey protein the pancake was good with some nearly fatfree jelly otherwhise really dry and another question:

to make pancakes, do you only need eggWHITES or just the whole of the egg?

Thanks in advance and keep eatin' healthy ;))

  • About how many pancakes does this make?

  • @FutureAstrosAce

One serving makes a good 3 to 4 big pancakes!

  • hey people, if you want the pancakes softer, add some milk to the batter cuz it makes the eggs softer

  • Gonna make them today

  • buckwheat, water, protein isolate powder with no sweatener and flavour added, mix it with a little salt to a little sticky fluid. Bake in olive oil in pre heated pan. Taste real great.

  • you are so fuckin cool greetings from mexico

  • what do you put on the pancakes? just eat it plain? personally I would boil some frozen berries in a saucepan with a little water and some stevia for a blueberry sauce or strawberry sauce or berry compote.

  • @barbarella026 sugar free syrup works fine

  • What's the point? Just do fucking normal pancakes which taste better and drink your protein shake at the side.... lol.

  • @skogsturken lol the point is to be carb free.

  • @dirtywaysreturns

    did you miss the oat?

  • @skogsturken low carb

  • It Was So Dry I Couldn't Even Swallow It Without Drinking Water,The Taste Was Good Though

  • tha Idea not so good Because when Fry the pancakes The majority of proteins Proteins Burn and go but pancakes like good

  • @GrandeAddress dude if the protein burns then you can't cook chicken or meat......

  • Just so everyone knows, DON'T use regular protein. Make sure it's Casein protein! I just tried to make it with Whey protein and it makes horrible batter (very liquid like base and hard to cook). Also, just a tip I wanna throw out there at you Michael, I love making my pancakes with chocolate protein powder and throwing in a tbsp of natural peanut butter! Give it a try and tell me what you think man.

  • how much is 2 cup of egg whites? you just get it from eggs?

  • nutrional fact??

  • The Pam should be sprayed into the pan when the pan is cold. Says so on the Pam can directions. I don't see any reason for the lid, is there? I've always cooked my pancakes on a griddle so there isn't a lid.

  • The Pam should be sprayed into the pan when the pan is cold. Says so on the Pam can directions. :)

  • i made these today for the first time and they came out perfect. i didnt follower your mesurments i modified them for my meal plan which is 3 egg white in the mornining and added my protien mix to that. it came out really good and really filled me up that i didnt eat my oatmeal but instead some cucumber for my carbs.. thanks !!!! i love you/!!!

  • made some of these today, taste seriously good ^^

  • Smart Balance 1 Tbs and sugar free syrup. Yum.

  • u dont need ffrrreekin pam on a teflon pan thats the point of nonstick. no oil. and yes dont scrape the pan with metal unless you want cancer from the teflon in your food

  • 've made some pancakes. They look terrible but tastes sooo good.

They have proteins and carbs from clean sources so I'm happy :)

  • @leanbodylifestyle Yeah. Tiz is right about that. Use a Flame Sword instead.

  • im 14 and all i can say is first time i tried this i did it, really simple and great meal, keep up the great vids man :)

  • Hey man two questions: 1. Can I use egg beaters instead of egg whites or will they ruin the taste? 2. What heat do I use?

  • ok, i tried this but my batter is extremely watery... :(

  • @egosblue8 The old acustic one was the BEST (:

  • so what is the total nutrition info for each pancake?

  • will this help people loss the fat they want to lose and where can you get the protein powder that you use in your videos.

  • @egosblue8 take one from wwe

  • I love how he hides the metal scoop behind his back until it's time to use it(:

  • @OGFISHERMAN777 eat the same as it is not christmas maybe..

  • omg your recipes are so awesome thanks for all the great ideas please dont stop making these!! :D Gonna make these tomorrow with just some blended strawberries over it and your icey lemonade recipe too but I'm going to make a icey lemonade green tea mmm

  • couldnt you just make it like a reg pancake with butter 2 eggs and all that stuff

  • you are actually adding into everything you cook some protein. well thats easy but good. is it really good to cook protein? when you make pancakes the heat will go through them fast i think because they are thin and heat up all your protein

  • I really like all your videos and thought these looked pretty good but they were disgusting. I knew they wouldnt taste like regular pancakes and wasnt expecting that but these were terrible and tasted like vanilla eggs. ew.

  • @karabera123 Mine were pretty delicious. They just had the consistency of a dry dish sponge. But I used Kashi GoLean vanilla oatmeal and added Stevia.

  • @tizleness Agreed dude-WTF. I would NEVER do that!

  • but i thought oats has so much carbo

  • @ajojols

remember carbs arent ur enemy. it's calorie in vs calorie out, if u eat more calorie regardless of how low carb intake is u still can gain fat. carb actually help in muscle building. eat complex carb and dont listen to simple carb post workout bs by the supplement company.

  • @andrews23451 Casein is the only protein which is not destroying in high temperature. If u use another type of protein u'll loose all protein!

  • how long can the batter be stored in the fridge ?

  • @egosblue8 I think they need a different ad...I'm always welcomed by a fat guy shaking his belly...

  • 2:20 dude...be careful with that metal spatula on that non-stick pan. Those are gonna be high protein-teflon pancakes.

  • @OGFISHERMAN777 Well, what you can do is maintain your diet, then when chrismas rolls around its okay to eat those treats, but only for chrismas day then get back on your diet the next day then you should be fine.

  • @WoWbob396 Or you could not be a pussy. I mean youre only going to cheat on special occasions right? Birthdays. holidays, nights out with your friends. Be more disciplined and learn healthy alternatives its not that hard and you wont be a fat failure your whole life.

  • @Punxthps Cheating one time isn't going to hurt you, how is it being a pussy to eat something unhealthy on a holiday? never hurt me.

  • wow.. big pan dude... i use that type of pan for like taco meat

  • Great work, pancakes were awesome! Casein works much better.

  • I'll try this when I get egg whites and protein powder. Thank you!

  • i thought ur not supposed to heat up protein?

  • Nice

  • NIce easy recipe, will give this a try in the morning.

  • The type of protein powder you use makes a huge difference. I used Whey Vanilla Protein powder and the pancakes came out a lot thinner. If you want nice fluffy protein pancakes use Casein.

  • THIS LOOKS AMAZING!!! Can't wait to try it!

  • omfg I LOVE your recipe its freaking delicious thx alot for the video

    i want more

  • hey its teflon!! you should use silicon or wooden spatula for flipping, because using that one u used could scratch the teflon

  • this recipe is better than the other one you posted michael thanks! this one tastes more like a pancake, probably because you added oats in that recipe. Keep up the good work bro!

  • I'm eating them right now as I'm typing this and I can say: HOLY SHIT MICHEAL YOU'RE BRILIANT. They taste good! I used vanilla flavoured protein power and they are damn tasty. EPIC!

  • just a quick question ppl....are proteins bad for health? i mean stuff like whey and bars like these..it would be helpful if you could answer

  • @Ricku13

They are harmfull for the heart of you do not use them properly..

Im an athlete (rower) so i dont use protein cause i dont wanna risk my heart..

    It already has some issues.

Besides the heart it doesent do harm..And i dont mean your gona die if you use them or something.

  • @darkboy456 yep i dont use proteins as well and i dont plan to do so. its just i wanted some info since they get advertised everywhere but none seems to let you know what they;re about. thanks a lot man for the info

  • @Ricku13 Protein is needed for muscles to function and develop, so no, protein is not harmfull
