  • May I ask how did you accomplish the graphic movement, I mean, I know that you used farseer to create the ragdoll but the sprite movement is independent isn't?, did you just assigned materials to each part of the ragdoll or you cut each piece of your sprite and move it independently?, I don't know. Sorry if it's private information about your game but I was curious about how you did it, thank you so much and very nice work.

  • @songokuhd every body part is a separate sprite, simply rotated around a pivot point (ex: shoulder point for the arm) according to the physics body's rotation angle

  • very nice work, I'm trying the same thing with as3 using box2D. No luck so far thou

  • Is that your own Physics or are you hooking into another XNA physics API?

  • @SavageSoftware it's Farseer for XNA

  • @Epsicode Cool. There is a port of Farseer to XNATouch, but there were some Matrix transformation issues. I'm not sure if they have been fixed. It would be interesting to see this demo running on iPhone as well.

  • Awesome! How cool is that!

  • Cute... A bit jerky, but fits the theme of the character...
