  • John Lennon

  • Oh my god! Did anyone else see how long his guitar strings are at the end?! He could pretty much decapitate someone with those metal strings! haha

  • They have gotten better over the years. Ezra wasn't that great at the time but he can sing and play the guitar way better now

  • Check your handbook, it's no treek :D

  • ezra is beautiful

  • If you like Vampire Weekend then check out Jacques by Party Snobs, hope you like it :).

  • well id find it pretty tough to play with much spirit in front of a seated dead pan seated audience too

  • Ezra is too damn sexy . (:

  • This is why I hate censorship. This music is amazing, but they can't play it on the radio... GET RID OF U.S. CENSORSHIP OF MUSIC!

  • Ezra!!!! <3 <3 <3 :D

  • wow rostam looks really..uh..hot.

  • sounds weak compared to the studio version

  • I really like Vampire Weekend, but I get the impression that they wouldn't be nearly as fun to drink with as Kermit the Frog.

  • YESTERDAY IS HERE.

  • i went to there gig in brighton not long ago and they were 10 time better

  • Such a good bunch of good lucking guys

  • @massesareasses their sound is Disney like good for people that don't care about substance. Which I am not hating on just a preference. I don't think your comment was intended for me. I said nothing about suits.

  • @efluka

    Define "substance"

  • hes so..cute? ha love this song

  • I have the biggest crush on Ezra Koenig, and I'm a completely straight guy.

  • Oh God, I love when Ezra does the whole lift one eyebrow thing. :DD

  • there are so many good quality videos of vampire weekend

    it's soo great!!!

  • Almost perfect performance. Just dont like how Ezra sounds a bit out with the high falsetto bits.

Still, wonderful band. These guys deserve waay more credit.

  • The only thing I don't like about them live is the "oh"'s he don't hold the note on them an it sounds like he's gettin poked with a penknife repeatively

  • ezra looks like demetri martin

  • @metalmilitia06 no not at all

  • "lil jon, he always tells the truth." lulz

  • Jools looked like he was pretending to be foremen of the music hall with his stupid clipboard.

  • that solo is very clean

  • does anyone know the name of the boy and girl duo who performed on jools holland? they were a country-ish band and i think they were from tennessee of somewhere near there

  • Devon Sproule and her husband Paul Curreri from Virginia. Both tunes from Jools are on YouTube.

  • @becca6893 I think you're talking about She and Him

  • @becca6893 Jenny & johnny might be possible as well, they've toured with Vampire Weekend as well

  • The best, impressed

  • Dude, when I first heard of this band, I just assumed they were emo by their name and never bothered to check them out. Then when I saw them on Jools Holland the other night, I realized what I'd been missing. What a great band!

  • "i just assumed that they were emo by their name"

    hahaha.

  • I know. Pretty dumb, huh? I have now learned the error of my ways.

  • i assumed grateful dead was a metal band but i was incorrect.

these guys are great. very clean music, super fresh

  • Disney couldn't have done better gentlemen.

  • @efluka well disney is for kids isnt it

  • @efluka

suits and faces are more important than music? you watch and listen live session and all you have to say it's that, about what they look like???

Vampire Weekend are really nice pop group with lot of energy, beauty melodies and nice scene presence!

  • @efluka disney?

  • Ray Darcy is a fan and plays them regularly on Today FM,they are pure class.

  • Love this song - love the band!

Why aren't they bigger than they are! Honestly - the amount of drivel mainstream Irish radio shoves down our throats!

If it's not featured in a TV commercial or in the charts they won't give it any decent airplay between the hours of 8am and 6pm! AAAGGHH!!!

  • True, true. Ray Darcy does play them a lot, heard A punk all this week...in between all the Kings of Leon and Cold Play (Most. Overated. Band. Ever!!!) :D

  • my bones about this band is that "why is they no be playin on ma britiz radio ay!". but other wise one shall be thanking the world of youtube for bringing me a wide variety of MUSIC.

  • i love the bones of this fuckin song mate!

  • 'all your diction dripping with distain' :)

  • mate... it's "disdain"

i do love that line though
