So I gave my opinion on what I thought, and I also mentioned about the commercial I saw with the man dressed as a milk container where the commercial has to do about getting energy, just like you mentioned here.

His hips don't get bigger. His quads do. maskedwalnut: Quadriceps (or "quads" as they're more commonly called) are a set of the three largest muscles in the body and positioned on the front of your legs. They extend from the hip to just above the knee, so if the were to suddenly enlarge (as in the commercial) they would stretch your pants at the hip, and make your hips appear slightly wider.

I didn't understand but, what did the boy say at 0:32 when the balloon head was pulling him up? It sounded like he said "it can be real pick me up." I can understand when he said that milk tastes cool but, how can milk pick you up (if that is what he said at 0:32). If that is what he said, and if I were to take a guess, maybe he meant that milk can give you power like you're Superman which could be the reason why he was being pulled up by his own head like he has power like Superman.

Maybe when the boy mentioned at 0:26 that he wants to have fun, he must mean when you're playing a sport outside and if you drink milk, milk can give you a lot of energy when playing a game. (I also heard this being mentioned on a different milk commercial with a lot of people playing basketball outside, and a man dressed as a milk container asked anyone who wants to drink him that he will give them energy when they're playing. Then he said "if not, I will wait in the refrigerator."

I remember this cowboy too (sometimes after he said "after these message will be right back" a horse would whistle off screen above him and fall on him where the horse would wink at the audience). I also remember some of the other "after these message" animated scenes which were three people singing "after these messages" and then they would bow or turn and then sing "will be right back." Another one I remember was with a dog and a fire hydrant where the fire hydrant was a bully to the dog.
